Hampton Inn Kernersville

The location and service was good.

The clerks at the front desk could not combine my reservations the first day which made me move everything out of my room after the first night to move it right back in after the clerk the next mrning fixed the reservation. When i checked out the clerk told me I could not get a copy of my receipt because I didn't book through the hotel which every other one gave me a copy.

The breakfast selection was AMAZING!!! There was a variety of foods for EVERYONE!! For the ones on the go, to the ones who could sit and enjoy time with others.

I believe the pool area should be opened later for anyone over the age of 18. I understand the reasons why, but there were a group of baseball parents that just wanted to spend some time together and it was cut short. Other than that, it was still a great stay.

Breakfast offered a variety of choices (including cooked oatmeal), fruits, berries, and coffee. The staff was polite and friendly. The hours from 6-9 AM suited our needs. The hotel location allowed us to walk for exercise, was near enough to restaurants to meet our needs and also to River Landing, which was our destination.

Check in difficulties. The check in clerk could not find evidence of our reservation initially.

Room was big and beautifully decorated. Could tell it was upgraded. Loved the colors and decor. Having a microwave in the room would be nice, but happy there was a refrigerator.

No smart TV or even a guide on the TV to see channels and what shows are on. TVs need to be upgraded.

The rooms were very clean and up to date! We walked through the hallway and smelled cleaning stuff which let us know they kept the place clean! Didn’t see the staff but the lady at the front desk was SOOO wonderful!!! She helped me get checked in VERY quickly , gave us water, and was polite the entire time!

Lobby and breakfast area were clean.

The front desk person was new so she didnt know the answers to some of my questions...to be expected. The shower enclosure is beginning to show some age and needs help.

I liked that it was not sitting right on the main road. It was close to places eat and a few stores. I was there to get away from everything and everybody and staying there allowed me to fulfill this completely.

If I had to pick something, I guess I would have liked there to be better sound proofing. You could hear everything unless you were watching television with a little volume. But it wasn't that big of a deal for me.

The breakfast was outstanding, there was something for everyone. Easy fwy access and good proximity to main street.

I enjoyed everything.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk person was great! We were greeted positively.

Can't think of a thing. Everything was great! Liked the availability of the snacks. Staff were very knowledgeable.

It was very clean and spacious. The staff was very prompt and efficient. Breakfast was very delicious and we enjoyed it. They even accommodated our early check for our family. We will return and stay again soon.

Everything was nice . But I could have used a microwave in the room. The microwave was located in the lobby and in the breakfast area. Other than that the stay was perfect. I have no complaints
