I love the breakfast. the room was phenomenal. Bathroom was beautiful

The only issue I had was there was a few hairs in the bathroom and shower. I know it’s not terrible just not something you wanna see from a past guest.

Breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express is always great but this was exceptional. The kitchen staff were wonderful ladies who made certain the food selection was always fresh and plentiful. And we were treated like family during this special breakfast, actually from the moment of check in through check out! Special thanks go out to Taylor and Terry.

It's difficult to fault a facility such as this. If I were to nit pick I'd suggest a choice of pillows. These were quite soft and fluffy, but my wife loved everything about the room, the bed AND the pillows!

The hotel is so easy to get to, very convenient. It was very clean (which I appreciate so much) - and the beds are dreamy! So comfortable.

The staff was not friendly at all. I don't expect a red carpet to be rolled out, but a greeting would be nice. The young woman at the front desk did not greet me or my family who came in after me. I had to say hello, offer my information. She slid the room card across the counter, and not a word was spoken- didn't give me any information about anything. In a hospitality setting, you have to be professional and greet your guests. When we left early the next morning, a different woman was at the desk and it was the same scenario. No greeting, no direction. I just left my room card and walked away after saying good morning to her.

I absolutely loved the location of the property. Walmart, restaurants, liquor store, and main highway is a 3 to 5 min drive from the hotel. This property is new the interior and exterior of the hotel is modern. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was enjoyable. Room came with a mini refrigerator coffee pot and microwave. I will definitely book again if I am in the area. Rooms were spacious enough for 2 ppl as well.

My only complaint about this hotel was that I was out and about on Saturday. Left my room 9am came back 7pm and my room wasn't clean bed wasn't made and towels was not replaced. I had to ask the person in the front desk for more towels for me and my wife.

I didn’t quite understand the set up of the rooms. I ordered a room with disability features for my parents . That room along with all the other rooms for folks with disabilities was placed the furthest away from the elevator and right across from the stairwell. I just figured that you would place disability rooms either all on the ground floor ( we were on 3rd) or at least place them nearest to the elevator for easier access. just my opinion.

Was modern and new, clean, no complaints. Staff was friendly and welcomed us when we got there. Breakfast was decent, on par with what you'd fine at similar hotels.

The AC unit was a bit loud though in the night, sometimes sounded like you're next to the engine on a plane LOL, ok not quite that loud, but it was noticeable. Directions are confusing because there is a "Holiday Inn" literally on the same street... which we went to first, apparently a LOT of people make the same mistake LOL. Who builds a Holiday Inn AND a Holiday Inn Express on the same street??

The bed was comfortable and the staff always great.

We lacked tissues in the tissue box and an extra towel for the third guest. The room was clean though and Taylor at the front desk gave me an extra towel and sheet. The men’s bathroom in the lobby was dirty but I noticed a number of people in the pool adjacent to it. I suggest that someone on the staff monitor the restrooms more often so the actions of discourteous guests not inhibit the use of a clean bathroom.

The hotel is very clean, peaceful, and quiet. Housekeeping service was available every day. The front desk staff were very professional, courteous, and kind. The coffee was great, and french vanilla creamer was available.

I had to leave early because of Hurricane Idalia. The pool was in the process of being repaired. A portable handicap seat was not available.

The hotel itself is nice and fairly modern, the rooms are comfortable enough as well.

The room could’ve been cleaner, the breakfast was bland and not that great. and I didn’t like that in order to get towels you have to go all the way to the front desk to get them, there really isn’t any room service/cleaning until you actually checkout.

The breakfast was good... more of a variety was needed. We liked the omelets... not so much the scrambled eggs. It was a good fast breakfast. The pool could have been serviced and opened promptly.

Just more of a variety... and possibly some lactose free milk to be included. As for the facilities, the POOL was closed the whole time that we were there... booked for 10 days. We were told that it was to be serviced and it never opened while we were there!
