Quality Inn Lumberton

The room was very nice and clean beds was comfortable. The hotel was in a good location was quiet and off the main highway. Near shopping center and restaurants.

The breakfast wasn't that good they really didn't have anything. They said breakfast was from 6 to 9 my family got there at 740 and there was nothing really out and the girl had already started turning the juice machine off and putting the food away a lot of us customers could get breakfast. I had to ask her to turn stuff back on so my kids could eat

I love this Quality Inn I stay there 30 minutes away from where I was going just because this one is amazing the staff are all you could ever want they make you feel like your so welcomed only place I will stay if I'm up to a hour radius of it because it's such an great place close to 95 too beds sleep sooooooo good to as a single mom with a kid I felt comfortable to stay here also

The front desk during check in and out were both pleasant ladies! The rooks were clean and comfortable

I didn't like the free breakfast was dine in only they didn't allow you to bring your meal back to your rooms which is stupid and inconvenient

The check in process was horrible. The lady working the front desk tried to run my card four more times after the original run. I could see it pending on my card as well as the other times that were declined. She kept stating it was denied. I know it was after she took the original amount off the first time. That is the exact reason that I use a card in which there is only enough for that particular stay, deposit and/or any accidentals. If they get your money, it takes forever to get it back… if you get it back. She was very rude. It took about 30 minutes to get checked in with other people in line waiting to check in. It was quite embarrassing. I was too aggravated to take pictures.

Clean facility and room. No bugs likenthebother places ive stayed on that trip.

Pool was unavailable. There was some "long term residents" that turned back side of building where our room was into their own version of home with a bbq grille and trash.

Location was great. Very well lit outside.Floor in the bathroom corner was dirty. The Quality Inn Binder- one page was dirty(something smeared on it)and another had a lot of writing on the back of it(contractor employee hours).I was hoping for some hot scrambled eggs and possibly bacon, Biscuit with egg was cold and no bananas. Came to eat at 8. Not much left…

Answered above…TV had 3 big thick black streaks on the left. Liked the channel selection..

The breakfast selection could have offered a few extra choices, but overall was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and had lots of room. Overall our stay was great.

I don't have anything to complain about. Everything was just the way it needed to be.

The cost of the room was good. You get what you pay for. It was just for a quick overnight rest from the interstate. Did not want to pay a lot just for a bed. Plenty of options for food nearby but no fault of those restaurants the service and the wait time was a challenge. thanks Biden and his free money

We loved our room it was very clean it didn't smell bad or anything. The beds were pretty comfortable and the pillows were nice. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

The breakfast definitely wasn't that great. We ended up driving to McDonald's for breakfast. The juice was good and the muffins but the rest just wasn't good. The coffee was way too strong the tea wasn't good. The microwave biscuits weren't very good.

Walking on the floor with just white socks and/ they ended up filthy, and the floor needed to be washed, and the shower had mole growing in the shower had a king room with full sized pillows/
