The breakfast was just prewrapped food with coffee. I was thankful that the staff called me after I left my pillow.

It was a little pricey for one night

The property was centrally located and convenient yo get to any location in the outer banks with easy but it was also out of the big touristy areas sonit was peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Great Location on Manteo Island.

The shower head in the bathroom could be more powerful as it was hard to rinse off sand and I wish the pool was open but I do understand the requirements for opening a new pool and the laws that go in to getting it inspected. I cant wait to stay here next year and enjoy the pool as it looks amazing!

The staff is friendly and compassionate. They helped us through all our difficulties with our dog having surgery at a vet near there. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the refrigerator and microwave. The room was clean, modern and roomy.

The bathtub was very slippery and had no hand bars. The pavement just outside the door needs a foot rug so dirt, etc. isn't tracked into the room. A broom in each room would be nice.

I liked all of the fresh renovations done since the new ownership. Friendly staff and perfect location.

Exterior lights are daylight bright in the rooms at night. Couldn't fall back asleep after waking up at 2 AM each morning due to traffic, horns blowing, fire trucks... Rooms need blackout curtains.

The beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and conveniently located

The room smelled like smoke when we entered. We stayed in a junior sweet with a cooktop, microwave and small refrigerator. However, there were a few pans but nothing to clean them with, like a scrubbie or any type of dishes to eat off if you cooked. You should include in the description that these are items that you need to bring with you.

The location is great for exploring Manteo and Roanoke as its halfway between downtown and the aquarium. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are new since the hotel was just finished being renovated.

They were supposed to have wifi but there wasn't any when I got to the room. The hotel tvs have local tv but are not smart tvs and they are mounted too close to the walls to use their HDMI ports.

The hostess was friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was a nice atmosphere about the hotel.

Needed some sort of towel rack at the sink. There also was some kind of leak in the bathroom. The floor would get wet around the toilet especially on the floor in front of it.

Had everything we needed.

Parking lot in front of our unit was broken up and pool was being remodeled and not ready for July 4th. New outside unit lights were super bright. But glancing out the closed blinds @ 4:30 am, you would have thought it was 7 am

The property is going under renovation and the room we had was just recently renovated. The beds where very comfy and the pillows were perfect. I like the inside corridors. The tv was a smart tv which was awesome. The shower was great and I loved the new modern shower doors.

The bathroom was tight quarters and would be difficult to maneuver if you were a larger sized person.

We frequently stay at Hotel Manteo when we come to OBX, because of its great location in sleepy Manteo near the top of banks as well as its great value. The hotel renovations were great improvement on the Elizabethan Hotel!

The hallway or exterior lights stay on all night with no way to turn them off. It would be great to have blackout curtains in the room.
