Cottage was large with lots of room for everyone. Was great having a bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bath on the main level. Location is perfect with being just far enough from the busy areas but close enough for when you did want to go out. Beach access was easy and didn’t feel over crowded at all. Pool was nice and able to enjoy it with the other guests. It looks exactly like the pictures so what you see is what you’re getting.

The only thing I can say is there wasn’t enough kids channels on the tv or a guide to tell which channels were available. Also would have been nice to have a washer and dryer even if there could have been community ones on the property.

We were in a cottage. Breakfast and meals are not offered. Like the beachfront location! The cottage itself meets are expectations, laid out perfectly and all rooms are really nice size. All kitchen appliances are good.

If the refrigerator could have been repaired a liitle sooner rather than 3 days. And the repairman left our frozen food [ mostly meat] let set out on the counter and spoiled.

2nd time staying at this property and loved it even more. The cottage is comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Love the proximity to the beach.

The tv’s were confusing and hard to turn on. Had to get out 10 year old to figure them out! Also, the smoke detectors kept going off when there was no reason for them to. That was frustrating and scary. Maybe some guidelines for both issues would be helpful.

The size and roominess of the cottage great.

Found trash in dresser drawers, gum stuck on nightstand and food under bed, kitchen appliances were dirty and not wiped off, light under microwave didn't work, broken shelf in cabinet beside range, ice maker doesn't work, food in dishwasher, upstairs bathroom towel rack and toilet paper holder weren't secure and fell off when used. Floors had a dirty skim over them.

The property was at a great location. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. Walking distance to the beach.

I didn’t like about the property was the 10:00am check out. And the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable and the shower curtain in the master bedroom had mildew on it.

The location was perfect!!

We did see a few cockroaches in the one bedroom, but overall it was clean.

The layout is very nice. Everything was clean.

You need better mattresses and pillows. I can get my pillow next time, but can't being a mattress. It's the only negative element that can make me reconsider.

Nothing at all. We had a wonderful time.

Location was great, the apartment was beautiful and very clean!
