Hampton Inn & Suites Mooresville

The property, the hotel /room was clean, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The parking lot was full, and I have to say the floor (4th) we stayed on was quiet, no slamming doors, people being loud, it was nice to get a decent sleep without all the noise, people, ac, traffic, elevators, doors. Would stay here again.

Nothing sticks out that I didn't like.

Hotel staff was amazing! Hotel was very clean and smelled clean. Rooms were amazing and clean and everything was in working condition! We had actually booked another hotel just down the street and the room was horrible, smoke detector was torn from ceiling and holes in wall and large marker marks on walls and mold in bathroom. This hotel was $2 more and was definitely rated the correct star rating for the true condition!! Was great night sleep!

The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our kids really liked the breakfast.

I wish I had more time there to use the facilities, we were extremely busy for our trip and didn’t get to enjoy the pool or gym as we would have hoped but it looked really nice!

Everyone was friendly. Good breakfast. Clean pool area. Late checkout (noon) is wonderful. Somehow the moisture was well managed (from lack of bathroom fan) to not add humidity to room - good containment

Family of 5 - after showers and no extraction fan in bathroom.... Bit fogged and muggy for a bit. .

the breakfast selections were good however the eggs, potatoes and sausages were always cold. they would have been much better warmer or hot.

Perfect location for my family to visit the nascar shops and to attend the race. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool too.

Room could have been cleaner. We had a fake eyelash on our light lamp and the bathroom was a little rusty due to no exhaust fan.

Check in was easy and the woman at the front desk was so nice! The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was nice. The area was close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was really good.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is always clean, the room is large and very comfortable! The personnel who work the front desk are great, especially Todd who took care of us the morning we checked out. The hotel is easy to get to from the exit on I77. We travel to South Carolina every September and will stay here as often as we can!

Location was excellent. Room very clean. Bed very comfortable. Appreciated having the refrigerator & microwave.

Grab & go breakfast (because of covid) was ok. Still paying for a hot breakfast we don't get. At checkout I asked for a printed receipt. Staff could not get printer to work. A small item but they were unable to provide it. On our way out we noticed the garbage can outside the bldg was overflowing. Not very attractive.

Well located, near the interstate. Nice modern decor. Comfortable bed and very nice bathroom with plenty of towels. Good buffet breakfast. Plenty of fresh hot coffeee available.
