My grandson and I both thought the world of Maria (front desk); she was really helpful with all of our questions.

Even though this happened close to noon, and noon is considered the end of late check out time, I really did not like that (per my grandson) a lady who worked at the hotel told him he could not go swimming because ‘he had already checked out’. Although I had not yet actually checked out that’s not my biggest complaint. I find that the most negative aspect of the story has two parts. One, that a child would be denied the most fun of his day is sad. And two, that the adult with him would not be given the opportunity to explain (either to the employee or to the child) is distasteful at best.

This lovely hotel was right off Exit 49 Hwy 77, it was perfect for our needs. Very clean and the staff were all very friendly and professional. We loved the bar and restaurant on site, a bonus after a long day of driving. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great and starts at 6.30 am so we were on the road again on time. Next time we can take our pup for a $20 fee..pleased to hear this too! We will definately stay here again..highly recommend!!

Price was reasonable, booked on booking.com. First place I’ve stayed in a long time that had a HOT breakfast. Room was clean bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. They even had a bar and grill inside!!! The breakfast area had cozy lights and was very inviting! Frig in room was cold. Heat worked! Coffee maker with coffee was in room as well. Bathroom was clean. Had 3 towels for the two of us.

ummm nothing. if you don’t like their breakfast there is a Waffle House next door.

The person who was in charge of the morning breakfast was an exceptional individual. She was pleasant, friendly, courteous, and helpful. If I it were possible, I would fill my entire corporate world with people like her. After a stressful time on the roadways of America, this person was an oasis of rest. Kudos to the young lady on the reception desk who was pleasant and understanding of my hearing issue and went beyond to afford me the courtesy of time and effort to ensure I was comfortable.

Did not care for attitude of a.m. receptionist. I understand the stress of being 'on' for guests, etc. but would have preferred a less than 'snappy' attitude.

Upon arriving, we were greeted with a smile, check in was seamless. I had for some reason booked an accessible room but she was able to change that for me even though it was my mistake. Hotel is pretty big, only two floors which I love. Pool was closed but we were able to view the courtyard from our room and it looked amazing. The bar area had just opened up 8 days prior to our visit, after dinner we stopped in for a couple drinks. $2 domestic beer special, say nothing more! The bartender Diana was great, made us feel at home. Miss Millie (the server) was so cute! Didn’t end up trying the food but all that came out smelled and looked good! We ended up meeting one of the bosses Jigar, super down to earth fella who helped us with transportation to a local bar. Long story short, the staff here is amazing! Rooms were spacious, shower was hot, location was good for the area. Couldn’t ask for a better stay for the night, will definitely return.

The staff was exceptionally friendly; the facilities were clean, and very quiet, the bed was great, and the breakfast looked generous, with many hot/cold options. We stayed with our dog. They have a separate floor with pet-friendly rooms, and ours was sparkling clean, with no odors or anything. We were surprised at how good this place was for the reasonable price.

This is our go to stop over on way (and back) to Florida. The room is above average, beds very comfortable, great hot shower, breakfast is the best of any hotel we visit, sausage, eggs, waffles, even grits!, coffee is superb, better than Tim Hortons or McD's, yogurts and fresh fruit. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful, a great clean friendly, safe hotel, can't wait to go back. Stay here, you won't regret it, really, it's an excellent hotel,

Nothing, everything beyond expectations

Husband and I were pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was decent for the cost of the room as well. The pool wasn't open, but it really didn't apply to us since we were just staying overnight on a pit stop on our way to OBX. We would stay here again.

Bed was clean. Floors clean. Bathroom clean. Those are the things I expect. I like hardwood floor as I feel they are more easily mopped. Breakfast was better than most. Also liked that all doors leading outside are locked @ nite

Little cheaper for small dog. $15. But our dog is very good in motel.

The facility was amazing! It was so nice that all the smoking rooms were completely separated from the non smoking rooms on the other side of the building. Everything was very clean and newish. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was exceptional!

It was wonderful! Not a thing I can think of I didn't like!
