Econo Lodge Weldon - Roanoke Rapids

I think this location was pretty awesome. It was my second time coming here with my wife. The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The room was pretty big. Nice and private. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant (Waffle House) right next door so we didn't have to drive anywhere for food for one of the two nights we were there. This won't be our last time coming here.

There isn't much for me to say. The price was decent. The only thing I can say is they didn't have breakfast but there was a sign posted stating it wouldn't be any available.

When I checked in the staff was amazing very nice and very accommodating it was quiet and clean the beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. very well lit at night if you are traveling alone

As I was getting ready to leave after my shower I went to blow dry my hair and even though I was staying in smoking room and it was very very clean and did not smell at all like smoke the hair hair dryer did not work in any of the plugs and was covered in yellow nicotine and the ice machine did not work

We booked this place last minute, on our drive down south. The price was very reasonable. To be honest I was surprised the place looked pretty much as pictured. Most places have such old pictures that it's deceiving. It was very clean besides the underware issue. The staff seemed very nice. We are in the process of moving and the parking lot is very small but there is a big lot across the street that alot if truckers parked at.

The were a pair of dirty underwear left in the bathroom, hanging in the door. Granted you wouldn't notice unless you close the door which I will give the cleaning crew the benefit of the doubt cause its so small once you close the door, I'm assuming they leave it open while cleaning and probably just missed it. I did let the front desk know upon check out and they were extremely apologetic, and I did feel it was sincere not just a quick sorry to get me out of there. We also expected some kind of breakfast since it's supposed to be included. I get there are covid restrictions but other hotels at least had packaged stuff. They are only offering coffee. I was not expecting a big continental breakfast but they should atleast have a sign advising "only coffee ".

The location was great. The staff super friendly and helpful. For a smaller hotel I was very pleased to be greeted by a smiling staff each time I seen one.

HOUSEKEEPING HAS TO DO BETTER. The rooms really need to be updated. The sofa was so old and had visible stains. NO we did not use it at all (sofabed) They could also get better locks for the door. They are very old.

No carpet, clean bathroom, great beds, pleasant staff

The breakfast barely qualified as continental, let alone a "free" breakfast. And i guess owner is too cheap to put tissues!, plastic cups with the ice bucket or coffee machine in the rooms.

Room was updated. Beds super comfortable. Room exceptionally clean. Great place to stay for stop over night when traveling on I 95.

Internet Wi-Fi was awful. Really didn’t work at all. Had to use data from my phone to access internet.

Location was perfect with 95 South, staff friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and dining even got a car wash! Waffle house across parking lot. Recent upgraded very clean. Quite surroundings.

Ice maker was down but things happen and was offered to get ice from next door motel

Everything was very good for me for the price on a weekend night, clean friendly staff. Everything fir me was good.

Very clean room, nice comfortable queen bed, the clerk at check in was very friendly and the room was very clean, and the bathroom was very very clean. Parking lot lights was very bright for safety and just for overnight trip this hotel was very very excellent and I will come back again.

It was good if you enjoyed carbs & were not a vegetarian who could eat dairy.

The shower was not clean. The shower nozzle and the tub & walls were dirty.

The staff there was great !! The lady at front desk was very friendly and a very nice person and so was the housekeeper.

The sheets on our beds was clean but the covers was not clean.
