Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Emporia, VA

The room was clean. The TV worked but had no HBO. There was a refrigerator in the room, but it was way too small. The desk clerks were friendly.

I didn't like that they cut back on their amenities. Not only had they switched to bagged breakfasts, but this time there was no breakfast: (The truck with the breakfast bags didn't arrive.") At another one of these Country Inn &Suites (Lumberton, NC, last winter) there was no alarm clock in the room ("Oh, we don't include them anymore."), and there was no milk for the lobby's coffee: ("The truck with the milk didn't arrive. ") Is this the new Country Inn & Suites trend?

Left early but grabbed a quick bite! No waiting lines, coffee was nice n hot!

Direction to the hotel ! It's located BEHIND a Cracker Barrell and cannot be seen. I went on circles till I saw it and even then I had to figure out how to get to it. My GPS kept telling me I had arrived but couldn't see it while navigating the traffic!

As always, this property is a nice stop for the night between Florida and Connecticut. The property is clean, safe, and pet friendly. There is safe areas to walk around the property and adjoining businesses.

Unfortunately, our room had a very loud air conditioning unit that continuously cycled on and off all night.

The lady front desk employee when we checked in to the hotel. She helped me correct the wrong dates that I had reserved for my stay at the hotel. She was a real blessing and booking.com was useless and will never be used again.

Everything was acceptable.

Location was convenient and room was clean. Staff was friendly.

Pool was closed and breakfast was prepacked and picked up at the lobby. However, there was a Cracker Barrel right next door so we chose to have breakfast there.

I was able to get a room at the last minute

Room only had one chair it was an office chair, no other chair in the room I couldn't watch TV from the bed it was too low My wife and I couldn't play cards with o ly one chair

Stayed in a bedroom suite and was clean, spacious and updated. Furniture was very well placed and comfortable.

Room 217 had a very unpleasant musty odor emanating from the ceiling vents.

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Convenient location when getting of the interstate.

Keys didn't work and took awhile to get into the room

The hot water for shower was not very hot. The breakfast food was terrible. Hard begals, fruit was soggy and eggs were awful.

Staff was lovely.

It was difficult to find the building. There was only one sign. We almost missed the second turn into the facility. Rooms were sufficient. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
