Sleep Inn Emporia

Breakfast was good. Eggs and sausage, hot and cold cereal, OJ and water, yogurt, waffles. No other fruits or juices available the day we stayed ... no jelly or PB.

The room I reserved was not available. I reserved a handicap room with roll-in shower and someone already had that. I was given a room with a shower instead which worked but did not have grabbers. Toilet was low.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. We were only there for one night as we were traveling north. The breakfast was nice, had several selections and great coffee. Easy check-in and check-out.

There was a group of people that live at the hotel hanging out across from the front door. And this was after 9pm. Don't feel they should be hanging out there, maybe in an area not visible to guests.

Breakfast was good ,coffee was very good and available all day, location very good

The neighbor at the top walked loudly until midnight, the ceiling and floor in the room above me should be more soundproofed. ] The room was renovated, very clean, the smell of fresh paint and glue from the floor bothered us a bit..

Cute little hotel. It’s in the middle of a major remodel and will be super nice when completed. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lobby floor was being tiled so it was quite challenging to get to our room with luggage and young children.

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. The room was just remodeled.

Whoever is doing the remodeling is not doing a good job cleaning things up. New bathroom baseboard is covered with paint. They need someone to inspect their work.

Location. Quiet. 1st stay was what brought me back. Beds slept good though. But now wonder were dogs on bed too.

Room on 4th floor was not as good as when I stayed in January. I was on 1st floor bigger room for better price. Room could have been nicer due to dog food on bathroom floor. Floor needed mopping. Didnt notice until morning. Was so tired and had my shower before leaving NC. The morning shift informed me 4th floor was for pets and smokers and I got the last room so I guess that meant. I get unclean floors with dog food and dog bowl rings in bathroom.I like Sleep Inn but if told last room I'll try another hotel in the future

All the rooms are newly renovated, very well done, the mattress was really good

Lobby and dining area are still under renovation - but that didn't really matter much, they had a conference room set up for breakfast

Hotel is in the process of renovation, so the lobby area is still 'the old'. The renovated rooms are delightful!! Comfy, nice decor, and a brand new bathroom. Breakfast included a good variety of items.

Great room, comfortable, roomy, great location for purposes.

Under construction so hallways, elevator not very clean due to construction. Sense that when changes are made it will be a great place to stay.

Front desk staff super sweet and personable. Went out of her way to get the room type and location we requested. Very clean, quiet with comfortable bed. Micro and fridge in room. Clean, good sized bathroom with large fabricated shower which means no stained grout or broken tiles.

Breakfast was included but choices were limited. Stopped serving at 8:30.
