Very clean, comfortable, the staff were exceptional.

I wish breakfast was slightly longer, walked downstairs at 9:05 and all was clear completely

The staff in the evening were kind, even in the late hours of my check-in (9:50pm). The room was warm on a cold evening. The beds were comfortable and the interior was upscale. Breakfast was FREE from 6-9am.

The morning staff of the hotel were not wearing masks. None of them, during a particularly high outbreak time. Not the breakfast staff, the maintenance staff, the cleaning staff in the halls, or the front desk manager. It was disappointing to see that this was probably condoned by the day manager. Front desk staff were not available at Check-out to print a bill and go over charges - that is the preferred time to look over the receipt they provide and have questions answered and any erroneous charges removed. It doesn't happen often, but when you're trying to limit costs for clients, it's good practice.

Springhill suites provides a luxury stay at an affordable price. well stocked ammenities in the lobby do not leave you wanting and the quality of the room is exceptional

I had no issues at all. I guess I’d prefer liquid hand wash rather than soap for the bathroom? I’m splitting hairs tho, I really don’t have any dislikes.

Breakfast was every bit as good as anywhere else we've stayed. Staff kept everything filled in a very timely manner

The in room keurig was so dirty it wasn't usable

Everything was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were amazing for the pandemic times compared to any other hotels we've stayed at. The kitchen and front staff were amazing. I didn't run into any cleaning staff so I can't comment on their friendliness but everything was extremely clean and they took extra time and effort,before we got there, to do a special clean for my asthmatic son.

The only problem I had was the pool availability. There was a girls sports team that took up the pool spots for quite a long time so my kids couldn't use the pool the second day. Wouldn't be a bad idea to limit times

I've stayed at this property before when my electricity went out and I was able to get a room. The property has stayed the same, I liked it then I still like it. Breakfast was satisfactory, they had scrambled eggs and you'd think you couldn't mess them up, but there is a hotel over by the AF museum that showed me you can.

Nothing really. The cleanliness is usually what I find fault with at other hotels, but this one was ok.

Clean rooms and towels.

Breakfast should be served until 10 AM. This is then for both business and vacationing people.

The location is perfect. There are stores and restaurants everywhere. It's close to Nutter center. The breakfast was okay.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. Warm offerings are basically eggs and turkey sausage, but they have a nice selection of bagels. This is one of the first hotels, that I've been to, that doesn't offer waffles. Otherwise it was okay.

I love the location of the hotel right next to the mall within walking distance. Everyone was nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good.

I don't have any complaints.

Breakfast was good, room was good, clean and a good air-condition. The service was very good. Nice shopping mall near by.

We missed a safe at the room.
