Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Delaware-Columbus Area, an IHG Hotel

I really enjoyed the scrambled eggs, the bacon was delicious. Oats and yogurt were good, cinnamon rolls were yummy with real butter…..always a plus for me! I wish I would have tried the pancake maker! I certainly liked it it was away from everything and near the state park :-). I came to a conference at North gate church and it was fabulous! Parking was very convenient and the smell of the hotel was inviting. I appreciate the name brand coffee for the Keurig also. :-) Bed was comfy.

It seemed as though some stuff was being re-done but I didn’t see any explanation anywhere. I didn’t realize that the swimming pool was as small as it was and there was nowhere to sit outside except a few benches around the building. I always enjoy sitting in a garden area or lounging after getting in the pool.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were very soft. The breakfast was very good and included fruit, yogurt, pancakes,, hot sandwiches, juice etc. There was a nice indoor pool.

The heat/air-conditioning unit was fairly loud. When it turned on I woke up and thought it was raining hard outside but it was just the noise of the unit. I did get used to it quickly and it didn't disturb me after that.

Had to go to work before breakfast is served. Room was excellent with all the USB outlets and regular outlets, lights pretty much the whole room was great

After returning from work, both of my KEY CARDS would not work, had to leave my gear in the Hallway at my door and go up to front desk.

it was a nice area, very clean and the beds were super comfortable.

it was easy to hear commotion outside of our room. We could hear people above us and out in the hallway. Also, was looking forward to more options for breakfast, but we still found stuff we enjoyed.

The breakfast was adequate, but could use fresh muffins and more variety of breakfast choices (i.e. eggs; bacon; low-calorie yogurt).

The carpeting in the elevator was well worn and in need of cleaning.

Liked the amenities in the shower. Towels were nice and big. Bathroom well lit. Beds were very comfy with lots of pillows. Storage great. Liked the wall mirror with electric hookups for hairdryer

Ladies bathroom downstairs out of order. More lighting options in the room More seating in the lobby.

Beds were very comfortable & staff was great!

Cost was a bit steep & breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. I could have shopped at a gas station and gotten the same breakfast.

Neat. Clean. Orderly. Good breakfast selection. Gym. Pool. Wonderfully friendly professional staff.

Peeling paint in the bathroom ceiling and buckling paint in bathroom wall.

Rooms very clean and nice. Everything worked.

The elevator is a bit dirty. There was a slight odor from first room- room change request was granted with ease. Thank you.
