Hampton Inn Columbus/Delaware I-71 North

Breakfast was always good! The choices of eggs and meats were pretty good. Alwayas well done. the fruits were always the same bananas and apples. (other varieties would have been appreciated, although I realize most people don't stay for six nights) The staff were helpful and concerned about my stay!

I understand most customers don't stay six nights in a row so they wouldn't have seen the lack of the ability of the cleaning staff to even pick up the towels and trash that were left outside doors for hours. All day the same dirty/wet towels laying outside the door. I stayed in room 117 and just couldn't help but feel the humidity in the room was caused by the carpet being very moist!

the woman that was “helping” me when I arrived was rude and monotone and had a attitude when I arrived because of someone else’s mistake. she was talking to me like I was incapable of paying for my stay and looked concerned because I am black! I had called prior to my arrival and the guy I spoke with was VERY NICE AND HELPFUL but when I arrived I did not receive the same treatment from whoever the woman was, she looked like the manager.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The young lady at the front desk advised us to use Uber to go downtown. It helped us avoid the hassle of driving, parking, etc. Great advice. The free breakfast was excellent! Hot food and a large menu.

Couldn’t turn of the AC. Showering in the tub was a little dangerous. Why don’t they just have showers? How many adults take a bath? Not many!

The manager went above and beyond to make sure out booking was secured. I made changes that hadn't registered with the property and she fixed it all. Very clean room and super friendly staff.

Nothing with the property but I was really unhappy this website didn't properly register my changes with the hotel.

Front desk staff were friendly and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. They also gave us a qr code with information about the area. Room was very clean and pillows/bed super comfy. One thing I love is that the bathroom had a fan. I need white noise to sleep and a lot of hotels have stopped installing bathroom fans!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property handled having a softball team staying very well. Room was clean along with the hallway and breakfast area. Had a nice assortment of breakfast items to chose from.

Nothing against the property but being double charged for my stay and trying to get my money back almost a month later has been a very big inconvenience.

The staff always had a smile. Finally, someone who knows how to make an excellent strong coffee!

Housekeeping never set foot in my room even after a request to do so.

Breakfast was excellent, trays kept full & HOT! Dropped my wallet at the elevator, a visitor turned it into the staff, they contacted me, confirmed my identity and were so professional. Truly appreciated their handling of the situation.

For starters the staff were over the top nice and did everything they could to assist me with my needs. The hotel was in a great location and well maintained.

Breakfast was great! They had everything you could want! Room 310 was enormous! So much space to spread out! Staff was friendly!

Shower in room 310 needs a shelf. No place to put soap, shampoo other than floor.
