it was clean and I liked the location.

everything was good but in my room the air conditioner had to be unplugged in order for me to turn it down. There was no on and off switch for my ai my air conditioner.,

We enjoyed the breakfast, felt there were good number of option for healthy eating & indulgence if one wanted that. The front office & kitchen staff were very pleasant.

We had 2 adults & 2 children registered to the room & we only had 2 bath & 2 hand towels plus 2 wash cloths. There were no sheets on the pull out couch, or left in the closet, where the blanket was. I thought maybe since we had a reservation & were assigned that room, linens might be in the room so I wouldn’t have to go to the front desk & ask. Not a huge problem but just a nice extra touch making the correlation btwn the number of guests registered to the room vs. linens/towels needed and having that ready in the room. 😀

The rooms were nice, very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. They offered a variety at breakfast.

I booked 2 rooms, at check-in they only checked me in for 1. I had to tell them I booked 2 rooms then wait for him to confirm this and go through the check-in all over again for the second room including getting out my credit card and paying for it.

The pillows were too soft for us. We didn't sleep well. The water pressure for the sink and shower was really low. It was not easy to wash hands with a trickle of water hitting the back of the sink.

Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet, have microwave and mini fridge, and there's a Meier's grocery half a mile away if you want to stock up. There's also a Kohl's dept store if you need anything from extra socks to kitchen stuff or personal items. Convenient to Fairfield, Springdale and Forest Park. Coffee was always available, yay! Staff and guests were a pleasant, diverse, friendly bunch so it always felt comfortable and safe. Mostly families on the weekends, mostly business travelers during the week.

Continental breakfast was pretty sparse: bagels, packaged muffins, yogurt, hardboiled eggs during the week, and scrambled eggs or omelette on the weekend, but considering the situation, can't really complain. There are wild Canada geese that poop all over the property, I feel bad to say that it would be more pleasant if that were cleaned up more often. The lobby is mid-repair so there is an unfinished sheetrock wall and large boxes blocking the two seating areas, assume this is COVID related.

I have stayed at other Hampton hotels and the breakfast there had more choices then the Fairfield hotel. Therefore , my wife and I had breakfast at a near by restaurant.

The fact that there was only 4 handicap parking places provided, which my wife is handicap. We had to park behind the building with no entry door on that side, had to walk to either side to enter the building.

Breakfast was just okay. You can tell this is an older property. They didn’t clean my room daily or very well. I would stay here again. No tray in room coffee maker. Couldn’t use.

The staff here is amazing. Everybody is so friendly! The room was very clean, breakfast was good and the coffee was great.

Bed wasn't too comfortable and there was no guest laundry on my floor.

the room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the best part is the blackout shades.

I booked my reservation on booking.com it showed my charges were 218 taxes and all. once I checked out the hotel charges me 241. not that it’s a big difference I just don’t like hidden fees, or different fees.

Breakfast was excellent, a good variety to please all tastes.

We did not think to ask for a room with grab bars in shower (our fault) but someone could have asked if we would need any kind of assistance,since we did request handicap parking.
