Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cincinnati North West Chester

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast was great. It stayed very clean. I saw an employee walking around with a clip board. It tells me they care about what is happening. Later saw him in the elevator. He asked about our stay. That is great customer service. I mentioned it would be nice to have waffles.

Not a total dislike but the pool is small. But there was no other guests in when we were in. The other thing is really would love to have waffles. The one issue I did have was the morning of my last day. Someone was knocking on my door at 8:30am. I'm trying to sleep in. We were in town for my sister's funeral. I was exhausted. They kept knocking then tried to get in with a key. The bar stopped them. I said I'm here till noon. She spoke Spanish nit sure if she understood. Even though I didn't put the sign out. I think staff should make the housekeeping aware if someone has not checked out.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, and good breakfast

almost everything was great. the only negative thing was there was a small bag of clothing behind toilet left by the previous party. I understand how it was easily missed by cleaning crew but it was a bit unsettling. just suggest cleaning crew being diligent when inspecting each room for leftover items😊

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the lobby was clean and comfortable.

The desk attendant who helped us check in was not very friendly, and a bit on the rude side. This did not affect our stay.

Everything was very clean. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there, will return.

Only down side was 1 elevator was out of service and there was a lot of people there. I wish there would have been more breakfast options that didn't include eggs.

Loose vinyl tile in floor of bathroom but it didn't interfere with use. Also, breakfast wasn't of the quality experienced at other Fairfield locations in other states.
