Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Fairfield

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice desk and kitchen in the room. Close to Cincinnati Insurance Company Headquarters. While you are in the area check out the Wheels of Time Museum. It's a 10 minute drive from the hotel. Since it is a one man operation make sure to call ahead of time and talk to Dave. Also great, the Mellow Mushroom Restaurant. Not too far from the hotel either.

Single use soaps and shampoos in the bathroom. Sink in the bathroom was very slow draining. Told them the next morning and I hope that got fixed.

The location was great for us, not too far from Jungle Jim's which we hit on the way home. The room was comfortable, clean and has a kitchen with a full fridge. Check in and out were speedy and the staff was pleasant.

I couldn't find a hair dryer (I'm sure they had one, just not in the room), the alarm clock went off at 1am. The breakfast was minimal, just tea, coffee, pre packaged muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. That said, post covid, this is pretty much breakfast everywhere

The outside was clean, the staff were pretty friendly. Came in late Friday night/Saturday morning and keys wouldn’t work to get in. Staff were friendly to come let us in and fix the cards.

The free breakfast was made to seem more than some muffins and breakfast bars in a basket with some coffee containers.

Good size room with small kitchen. Everything you needed. Plus toothpaste and toothbrush at the front desk if needed. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

The bed and pillows weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. That's really all I got.

The standard sized fridge was a definite plus and the location was close to several restaurants and shopping. The lady that checked us in was friendly and really nice. She made the process very painless and quick.

The neighbors were loud. We heard them all night long, so getting some sleep was rough.

Prompt staff. Quickly fixed our clogged drains. Excellent picture quality on TV.

Was only a grab and go. Was hoping for yogurt and hard boiled egg and bananas. Pillows could have been fluffier.

We loved the staff. The room was great We would definitely stay again. Location had several places to eat nearby. It was easy to get to other attractions.

the hotel overall had a dated feel to it and could use some updated especially in the hallway where the rooms are at. It was a little loud as we were right by the door to the hallway and could hear people all night long talking loudly in the hall.

Breakfast was not that great but the overall stay was great!

The grab and go breakfast had very few choices just muffin and instant oatmeal... The water to heat the oatmeal was not hot.

It was well maintained, quite. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The only thing that I didn't like was there was no trash can in the kitchen and the shower nob was way to loose so it went from cold to hot hot really quick.

I enjoyed the comfortable room and beds are clean and soft, the room was a good size and I really enjoyed having a refrigerator and stove, and the work desk was a good size
