The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill

staff is great. hotel felt secure. location, overall design & layout & connected features are attractive. nice big 1st floor rooms.

parking a bit far from hotel entrance. parking lots are small. no microwave, coffee maker in room. lobby not isolated (sound) from rooms. lobby areas become quiet zones after hours. no lounge for customers to sit after hours. construction zones to visible to customers - maybe cover windows to those areas. river side of hotel needs to be developed- i.e. landscaping, walkways, exterior benches.

Large room. Decor. Brewery on premise. Large shower. Nice scent throughout hotel. Friendly front desk staff.

Really liked hotel and would stay again but wish there was an extra floor lamp in room, shower head was to high for me to adjust, no microwave, no breakfast, floors looked cool but were cold so maybe a few more throw rugs, long distance to parking especially when raining, had inside room so window looked out to nothing so had no idea about the weather, toiletries were lame.

Brand new place old paper mill they kinda kept some of the mills fixtures the walls were freshly painted but the ceiling were not painted kinda brought down the atmosphere the ceiling looking very out of place

U can park your car at the door but then you have to move your car to around 150 yards to one of the ends of the building which it was raining lightly thank goodness r I'd been soaked I found that very odd they could've had valet parking but didn't just glad it wasn't a busy time because the other parking was was at least another 50 yards

Clean. The location was great. Nice large room. Great overall esthetics.

Fridge could’ve been stocked with a few bottled waters. Coffee pot in the room would’ve been nice. I also had a few wasps around the windows. 2 were dead. 1 was alive. Overall, the above was no serious issue.

Housekeeping was terrible, was there for four day and no clean towels until we went to the front desk. You get housekeep service every three days. ☹️

long walk in the snow to my car. Wasn't expecting snow so didn't have boots at the hotel and it was quite a trek to the car and nothing had been shoveled, etc.

The historical significance of the building was impressive. The room was clean.

Parking. Had to walk a couple of blocks and cross a main road.

The staff are excellent. They are both polite and helpful.

The interior rooms have windows to the center area which is the rooms across the way and nothing else.

There were some maintenance issues which was surprising since it's fairly new
