Best Western Plus North Canton Inn & Suites

Clean, friendly/helpful staff, and nice room. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a nice big fridge with separate freezer. The breakfast was delicious with hot foods as well as pastries, cereal, etc.

The bathtub didn’t drain when you took a shower, and the floor tile in the bathroom by the tub was loose.

Location wise, it is close to Walsh University and shooping strip. Shower heater is working perfectly They will always change the towels as long as you request for it.

The toilet bowl was wobbly, had no sealant around it; wasnt well-mounted on the floor Room carpet is not vaccumed well

The facility was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good compliment of hot and continental style breakfast. They also had a grab and go option.

Longer shuttle hours. With limited Lyft or Uber rides earlier morning or late evening, it would be great to have a service available as the hotel is about 2.5 miles from the airport. Better vending selection. With the microwave in the room, popcorn would be nice.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to NFL Hall of Fame Museum. This hotel is exceptional. The beds are SUPER comfy and I got the best sleep here (I don't usually sleep very well) - it was very quiet even though it's close to the highway. You can't hear outside noise at all. The gym was great, with enough equipment to get a good workout in. The pool was great - I had it all to myself and enjoyed swimming laps! There were plenty of towels in the pool area, too. The breakfast was amazing and very unexpected - hot eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, fresh fruit, fresh fruit water, endless coffee and juices. Delicious, clean and well stocked! The staff was so accommodating and friendly and everything was SO CLEAN. Our room was SO clean, it looks like everything has been updated because all the carpeting was in very good shape and clean. Clean, Clean, Clean was this hotel. The location was excellent also - so many restaurants and shopping very close by. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again when we are back for Enshrinement week. Oh, and another comment: the landscaping was lovely, flowers and fresh mulch - it looked very well maintained on the exterior also. Thank you Best Western!

Well kept, flowers outside, clean, nice room, great breakfast and food hostess, pool was warm

Cat pee smell in flower beds at front, no elevators close to front desk, whatever cleaner they use for tubs and showers is too slick had to fight to not fall, could be dangerous

staff was very friendly, entire place was clean, pool hours and check out was super early, conveniently located.

wall paper was peeling in two corners of our room. really didn’t effect me at all though just something we noticed. also parking was a bit tricky, but that was more due to the event we were attending than anything the hotel could manage

Room was just as described. It was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The hotel is also conveniently located near lots of shopping and restaurants.

No problems at all. Would return in the future if we were in the area.

What was really good was staffs overall attitude and willingness to make the stay as pleasant as can be. The rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The overall community pride in the hotel and city of canton was nice and friendly.

The only thing I didn't like about the stay was the location of the hotel being next to construction and not being able to turn left onto portage street.

No complaints. I just prefer an outdoor pool for the sunshine and fresh air. I'm short and the beds were on the high side but comfortable

No frills probably due to covid. Coffee, tea, breakfast sandwiches, fruit cups, yogurt, small boxes of cereal, oatmeal, bananas, apples.

You have to pay a security deposit. $50 cc, $100 cash. I took pictures of marks on walls, Spot on rug and couch, Loose wallpaper and sent them to night manager for protection. The room was undergoing some renovation. He said he would contact maintenance. Couldn't get the A/C to run on continuous speed. The manager offered to move me but I was ok with things.
