SpringHill Suites by Marriott Canton

OMG, this hotel was amazing! We were going to be late so I called to let the desk know. I talked to a very nice lady who said my reservation was guaranteed and that would not be a problem. I also asked where my room would be because I use a mobility scooter. She was wonderful, she found a handicapped assessable room, I believe 208, and put that under my reservation. We arrived late as previously stated and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He asked how my day had been and talked to me the whole time I was checking in. It was such a pleasant conversation! I was able to park close and check-in was quick. When I got to my room, I was amazed! I just came from an awful hotel where the pictures were not like the actual hotel. The front desk there was horrible, their beds were hard with a pee pad on them. Your hotel as I said was amazing! I walked in, it was large like I expected, the beds were plush, the amenities in the room were excellent, and the bathroom was amazing. I wish I could have stayed here longer!! We will definitely be back and will use Springhill again when we travel.

There was nothing I didnt like!

Layout was great. Room was comfortable and spacious. Refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave were convenient and clean. Room was very modern and clean. TV pivoted so that you could watch from bed or couch area. The free breakfast was very good and choices changed daily. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Bthroom light was very bright and shined into the sleeping area. A bathroom nighlight option would have been nice for overnight. Also, sliding door to bathroom and toilet were very loud into sleeping area. Pool was nice but the water was cold.

We were there because of a family funeral. The young lady at the check in was very compassionate and sympathetic toward our situation. Everyone was wonderful that we came into contact with. The breakfast was very good and the ladies at the counter were very nice and helpful. It was our first time staying at a SoringHill establishment! We think we may have found our new “Home Away from Home!”😀. We really liked the Suite arrangement. Thanks for making a hard situation a little more tolerable!

The stay was all fine!

Kimberli Quick The manager was the best ever. Very Helpful. Her staff works very well with her and it shows. If employees are happy it makes a difference.From the Morning breakfast those ladies are a over it. Best ever.

Nothing . Well maybe the weather. it was 16 when we arrived.

The staff was incredible. Super outgoing and upbeat. I felt very welcomed at all times and the lady who checked me in was a rock star. Amazing personality!

The bed. It was extremely firm and I prefer a softer mattress. There was little to no give at all and being a side sleeper, it put a lot of pressure on my shoulders. Having stayed at a different Marriott property in the past (Fairfield Inn & Suites), the bed there was exponentially more comfortable and my overall quality of sleep was better.

facilities are always great. Breakfast was good.

room wasn’t as clean as they have been in the past. they had been cleaned but there was stains on the carpet and a small hole in the wall. we have stayed here in the past and loved it so this didn’t matter as much but it didn’t feel the same as previous stays

Really nice modern hotel, rooms, decor, etc. We were very impressed by the breakfast, including the lovely ladies service! Next time we hope to use the pool as well. Our room was lovely, especially the bathroom. Wow. We'll definitely be back.

Can't complain about anything really.

We didn’t eat breakfast the location was great and plenty of nice restaurants and shopping.

Don’t have any complaints about or stay . Everything one was very friendly and parking lot was very clean .

The hotel was beautiful and very clean.

There were limited TV channels even though their information said otherwise. We wanted to use a fire stick, but they had it so we we could not change the input on the tv.

Clean, modern, friendly, good location.

The sliding bathroom door (no lock)with the frosted glass let too much light straight across to the bed during late night bathroom trips. The same with the glass between the desk and the bed. Our debit had an additional charge held on it without notice when we checked in.
