The staff were fantastic! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, including when I needed access to a family member’s room in an almost emergency situation. The room was clean and the bed was comfy and had everything that I could have needed. Very very pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay here again!

The gentleman at the front desk was beyond Awesome. I didn't get his name, but I checked in on 3-13 at 3:00 and checked out Sunday. He was so very kind, helpful and totally professional. His service alone made the stay great from the start. The room was very clean, and offers more extras than even more expensive hotels. They provide a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, ironing board, iron and a hair dryer. They also offer a bagged breakfast, with and without meat.The only con was no elevator, but the desk attendant did offer to carry my bag up. Not many stairs though, so it wasn't bad.

No elevator but stairs were ok but we are in our late 70's but we adjusted and the heating unit made alot of noise so it woke me up at various times so we lust turned down the heat and we were comfortable.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Very impressed with how clean everything was. Bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately, breakfast items were not included as stated. There was a note that due to Covid, breakfast might be limited.

Easy access to everything I wanted to hit in the area.

Unfortunately, I have no complaints. Parking does need an update but accommodations are very good.

Staff was friendly. Air conditioner was quiet which was a plus. Stayed 2 nights and they cleaned the room. The room had a mini fridge and microwave.

There was no breakfast. The bathtub was the kind that fit over the old one and wasn't installed right. Very noisy.

They seemed to be working on improving the aesthetics of the place it is just an older hotel

The location is perfect. Close to food and shopping. The desk manager, Sanjay, is very kind and helpful. The cleaning staff is very efficient and do a great job.

The front desk clerk was very welcoming and friendly. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. It was very easy to access places we needed to visit.

Breakfast was not available due to COVID, but other hotels in the area were offering breakfast. The rooms are small.

This is the only hotel that I've stayed in where the cleaning staff didn't bang at the door and try to come in before checkout time. Front desk staff was again awesome. As in the all past stays, room was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend this hotel...
