Hyatt Place Canton

This property was highly recommended to us by a friend. We loved it and did not want to leave the comfy bed. From check-in to every interaction, our stay was great. We would definitely book again when/if we're in the Canton area, as well as recommend to others. The staff (Front Desk & Housekeeping) was great and so accommodating of every request and inquiry; our room was great (did I mention the comfy bed); the Fitness Ctr was great; COMPLIMENTARY Breakfast was great; the Lobby was welcoming with beautiful decor and artwork and I noticed the bowl of apples (maybe wrap those :-)); The location was great, accessible to highway for our short commute; as well as many dining and shopping options. Oh, onsite free parking was great. TY Hyatt Place-Canton for a great stay!

Hotel is conveniently located and close to shopping and restaurants of all types and varieties. Staff friendly and accommodating. Pool and hot tub well maintained and area kept clean. Breakfast features a different item each morning and was ok. Fridge in room

Beds were not very comfortable and were a bit noisy. Previous reviewers did not lie when they talk about the road noise. Close to main thoroughfare and large highway. Microwave available by elevators, not in room. Odor in room was a bit musty. Filter of hvac unit may need changed.

The room was very comfortable and accessible. Both the bed and shower were excellent. The morning breakfast was very good. The staff was always available and enthusiastic to help. It made our visit to Ohio very good.

There was nothing I did not like. When I had questions about local food, the staff was more than willing to suggest spots to visit.

Excellent coffee offerings in the morning and bar offerings at night. Friendly service, Mel (shuttle driver) was fantastic. Great location, close to everything and easy to find. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Clean room!

Pool area is way too loud. Breakfast offerings could have been better.

the shower, space & bed comfort. nice blankets & pillows. shower had 2 shower heads which was different but very helpful. tv was a great size.

they overbooked king bedrooms so my partner & i had to stay in a double queen room. our bed was a great size but we just didnt like the layout with another bed.

The staff (especially front desk) were wonderful and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Our 2 queen room was huge! Breakfast buffet was nice and sufficient. Lobby has a “grab and go” area to purchase snacks, sodas, etc.. which was nice.

We were just unfortunately there at the same time as a baseball tournament and so multiple kids running unattended obnoxiously. Hotel staff would correct one bunch and two more would be running the other direction. Hot tub and pool area was overrun with unattended children. I would definitely stay here again- we just had bad timing!

Breakfast was what I anticipated. The staff was excellent. I wish I had caught the name of the person working the breakfast room as well as your front desk this morning (2/18) Both did great jobs!

The "free parking" was confusing. I don't see where there would be a charge to park at that property as there appeared to be ample parking around the hotel. So that popped up when I booked my stay as a question but it makes no sense.

The Breakfast was pretty good. It could have been a little hotter, particularly the scrambled eggs. Location was great - very close to a LOT of stores and restaurants.

The covers on the beds - a little too short and more comfortable pillows.

I have stayed at this Hyatt several times. I always find it comfortable, and the staff courteous and efficient.

Well, I stayed for three days, and I got this note that you clean once/day. I'd prefer one cleaning when I leave. Also, why not just give the Evian water for free? However, the complimentary breakfasts are good!
