Very friendly staff. It was a grab-and-go Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. I like that it was a protein meal, instead of a bagel option. The 24-hour coffee in the lobby was great. It grinds your grounds and then brews, so it really is a fresh cup. It's not a strong brew, but worth it because it is freshly brewed. Everything very clean and new. Small & quiet modern style room, no carpet, large tv for space, spacious shower with good water pressure, and comfortable mattress.

Having Netflix or some other type of movie selection would be nice. There weren't any on-demand kind of shows to choose from. Noon check-out would be better than 11:00, but I understand the need to have time to clean the rooms.

There were 2 bottles of product in the shower. I got in the shower, wet my long hair, only to find out that there was no shampoo bottle. I had to get out, wet, and call then wait for shampoo. Then I shampooed my hair only to find out the conditioner bottle was empty. I had to get out wet, call then wait for conditioner. Then I wanted to use the body wash, but it was also empty. Clearly, I just used the shampoo rather than call and wait again. I'm from Florida, it's cold in Ohio, it took my nearly 45 minutes to get my shower. I was there for a wedding and lost half an hour of time I needed for the bride. It was extremely frustrating.

The location was great! Close to so many restaurants, Kroger, Walmart and fun activities. It felt very safe as well. The staff was very polite and helped us to anything we needed. Water, tea and coffee was available at all times. As for the room, it was very clean, spacious and modern. The curtain provided a total blackout from the sun! The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever laid on!

The only thing I didn’t like was the lighting in the room. I felt that the bedside lamps were too bright.

Place was very clean and modern. I like that there was no carpet in the rooms so it did not smell bad or look dirty or feel dirty. It was very nice rooms. They honored my request for a walk-in shower because my older mother was with me. They grab it. Breakfast choices were just fine. And when there was a problem in the room they solved it immediately. Grab-and-go breakfast is abundant. Coffee, tea and hot water are provided 24 hours a day at the lobby. Close to Provision Living Centre where l can visit my family member there within walking distance. Room is spacious and nicely designed.

Wish to have more varieties of fresh fruit for breakfast, not just bananas and not-freshly-looked apple. Perhaps cut-up-fruit cups can be the option.

Check-in was quick and easy, the halls, rooms etc. were clean. The room was very nice and the beds comfortable. Fairly decent breakfast.

The one feature that we found exasperating was the bathroom "spotlights" came on automatically when you entered whether day or night. This is more than enough light in the daytime but blinding/irritating in the middle of the night. An on/off switch and a dim night light would solve that problem.

Staff was outstanding! Night time Check-in person (Tenille?) was outstanding and the morning breakfast attendant (Eva?) was extremely attentive and caring! I've stayed from Four Seasons to Ritz to Waldorf, etc., and none provided service better than your hotel. You should be very proud

Hot breakfast entrees could have been a bit better

I loved the design of it all. It was clean and the staff was very helpful.

They had a lot of breakfast options but I think they could improve on them. Especially the hot breakfast. Waffles would have been a great options. Like if we could make them ourselves with the batter and topping options. But other than, everything was great!

The lobby smells great. Hotel was new and modern. The rooms were on the small side but we were passing through. The shower was amazing beautiful bathroom.

Location was kind of hidden so privacy was good . It was a nice quiet street. While getting the bags out we had multiple police drive by slowly watching. Not many restaurants around.

the location, the fact that all toiletries were in multi-use pumps, and the lack of carpet in the rooms.

the bathroom light is from my nightmares. It is on a sensor so it cannot be turned off u til it senses you and turns on and it might be slightly dimmer than the surface of the sun. We need to be trusted to turn on and off a bathroom light before I would recommend this chain to anyone.
