Best Western Plus Wooster Hotel & Conference Center

good location right next to the Main Street Tammy on reception was very friendly and accommodating - a real gem she is. good ice machine but no bucket so had to fill up the bin free coffee on reception Wooster is a lovely town - they have free summer concerts on over the weekend. However not sure where they dragged Bobby T up from. I’ve heard better from a drunked Tracey in the Royal Oak in Keighley on a Friday night

Easy access hotel, both inside & out. Easy to get to room & other areas (breakfast area, lobby, etc); easy to walk downtown. Very comfortable, pleasant hotel for being older & staff is always friendly.

The one elevator is a bit slow (old), but there are only 3 floors & it's reliable. The main lobby air freshener scent is a bit strong/overpowering -- maybe a citrus scent would be more appealing. No real issues or concerns during our stay.

Incredibly pleasant and helpful staff. The desk person went and found me a tea bag at 10 pm; the breakfast server was as attentive as a good waitress! Nice, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Loved the in room Keurig.

One of the lamps in our room didn’t work, so the room was a bit dark. That was all!

Breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent. Well-located. Plenty of seating. Very helpful and polite ladies keeping breakfast food available.

On the side of the hotel that faces Liberty Street. We like it to be very quiet and there were a few motor cycles going late at night.

This hotel is centrally located and in walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. Saturday morning there was a farmers market right around the corner. Loved the old time charm of this hotel. The person manning the breakfast was one of the nicest people I have ever met!

Perfect location for walking in downtown area. Enjoyed having a frig & microwave in the room. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with many choices. Also appreciated complimentary bottled water & coffee, and friendly staff.

Mattress on bed needed replaced as it "dipped" in the middle on both sides. TV didn't work & this was reported, but never handled.

This place was awesome! Theresa (hope I spelled it correctly) is an absolute wonderful GM and she has a fantastic staff. This place has it's GM and owner show up on a regular basis (every day and all hours) and it shows compared to everywhere else we stayed. When arrived in the rain on our motorcycles we were asked if we would like to park them on the sidewalk in the front of the building under their roof. After a quick check in they gave us towels for our bikes. They had have a very good breakfast that included freshly made and offered different hot items each day. We liked the hotel and Wooster so much we actually stayed an extra day. There are several areas set up for smokers and even out of the rain. The building and staff is secure and accommodating. The location is awesome and you can walk to just about anything you would need.

The breakfast was really good. Our room was clean and comfy.

The music in the lobby made me think of a funeral home. The 2nd night of our stay we came back to the hotel and the parking spots were all occupied by business trucks some taking more than one spot. Again on the 3rd night there were 3 vehicles towing trailers that parked across 5-6 parking spots. We were able to park, but it was in the next lot over towards the back. Thank goodness we had already checked in and didn't have to carry all our things.

The breakfast was great! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was great with a number of restaurants in walking distance.

The tv picture quality wasn't very good. If that's the only negative, than that's a place I'd definitely stay again.

It was in a great location with easy access to places we wanted to go. Breakfast was so good and the lady (I think her name was Alisha) was so friendly and fun to talk to!

There were very minimal guests while we were there. I feel we could have been spaced out better. The couple next to us were obviously elderly and could not hear well so were constantly yelling to talk to each other. We could hear them all night through the door that adjoined the rooms
