Breakfast was good...coffee was great! The Innkeeper contacted me by phone on my way to the Inn (about four hours driving time) to ask about my arrival and informed me our room was ready and awaiting our arrival. I have NEVER in all my years of travel had this happen before. I usually hope we just have a room reserved upon arrival. It was a blessing to know not just a room was waiting, but it had been prepared for us. She even wished us safe travel. A great experience ..they exceeded all our expectations. This is the best place to stay in Holmes County Ohio

It was a quiet and very nicely built house, and the interior decorator did a great job.

The breakfast was nothing truly special and it lacked savory and healthier options: too many sweets! Also, the photos of the location are a bit deceiving as it makes one think that the place is located in a more remote area, which is not: it is within walking distance from downtown Berlin and other hotel properties.

Loved that it was close to everything, but yet peaceful. Property was clean, and bed very comfortable. I liked how quiet it was, even when there were at least 3 other rooms occupied. The "light" breakfast was actually more. There were many pastry offerings, and fruit. Also, yogurt, cereal, as well as a "hot" offering of sausage gravy & homemade biscuits.

I stopped here as I was visiting Amish Community on my way home (AL). This was the best B & B I’ve ever visited. It was spotless, easy in and out, incredible views and quiet. I immediately locked myself out so I called and was back in my room very quickly. The owner was out of town but the inn keeper called and directed me to extra key. They were so gracious and kind. I spent some time in gazebo with my meditation and a glass of wine. I can’t say enough good things but I am very grateful for such a serene place

Walls and ceiling paper thin. Very noisy within the unit could hear our neighbors above us plus sounded like anyone in the dining room was in our room with us. Expected being in a B&B would've been served full breakfast. Air conditioning units very loud. Didnt watch TV much but when did kept going out. All in all we enjoyed our stay, was just a little disappointed with the $$ paid.

Leona was very sweet and helpful. The inn was beautiful, immaculate, and in a great location. The breakfast was light, but filling, and very good. It was our best trip ever to Amish country, and we plan to return as soon as possible.

There wasn't anything not to like. Everything was perfect 🥰

The breakfast was disappointing. Serve yourself cold cereal, fruit cup, instant oatmeal, assorted pastries/cookies. The hostess did an excellent job of attending to us as we ate.

The breakfast was amazing! Leona was our bright spot! She is very helpful, courteous, friendly, & so personable. It was such a blessing & so refreshing to visit with her. We wish we could have visited longer with Leona. :) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

the breakfast was as expected, due to covid. It was in a brown bag and it included a Little Debbie granola bar, a yogurt, a tangerine, and a mini bagel. There was coffee and tea available to make. I do think they could have stepped this up a little bit, as we were in Amish country. It would have been nice to have a homemade or locally made roll or pastry in that bag.

The breakfast definitely could have been better, even though it was in a bag there could have been some pretty awesome things in that bag, and it was really just not great. For a bed and breakfast, that should be one of its more wonderful amenities.

It was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The breakfast was wonderful and Leona is excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The views from our balcony were beautiful and peaceful.
