Quality Inn-Wooster

Location was excellent. We ended our days travels and we were in Wooster and I looked up on line and there was only 1 room left. I snagged it just in time.

Breakfast was so-so. There was no yogurt or cream cheese for my bagel. Then when we were done eating the shipment came in and it was restocked then. I suggest a coffee cup sleeve since the coffee is very hot and the cup is thin. It burned my hand carrying it to my table. Also. I did mention to front desk at check out that the ceiling vent in bathroom was dripping water onto the floor. We were in a handicap room and the floor was wet and slippery.

The staff was friendly. There was a nice indoor swimming pool, which seemed like a popular spot for kids and their attending parents. Our bed was large and comfortable, and the room was well equipped and spacious.

There was no elevator, so the second floor was not handicapped accessible, and you had to lug your luggage up a pretty steep flight of stairs.

The room set up was beautiful and I could see my car from my window! We showed up late and and was very hungry lol so I loved that I could see if the restaurant across the street was still open from my at the time room 115 window! We also had a baby under a year old with us and there was a good amount of room to set up her playpen! The room itself was spacious! The bathroom on the other hand was a bit cramped but I loved that even if I had the light on there were no loud exhaust fans that automatically turned on like other hotels! This helped ensured my baby would sleep like a rock! My boyfriend brought his game system and was please with how good the internet this hotel provides! Definitely will be back!!! Oh I forgot they also make a variety of hot breakfast foods and set out traditional cereals, yogurts and fruits, that you can take back to your room! Along with Tea, Coffee, milk, apple juice and orange juice. There was a mini fridge which we packed with food and it did it’s job! The microwave was a bit out dated but still worked as needed! Plenty of light in the room that could be sectioned of the way the lights were set up. Also there was an extra side end table and a chair were I ate my breakfast so my boyfriend and baby could sleep peacefully because I’m an early bird!

I haven’t found anything other than you can really here outside noises within and outside the hotel fairly well. And the bathrooms a bit cramped.

It was very clean!! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was good and good selection of food!! Bed was comfy!! Wish you had a elevator cant have everything I guess!

The ceiling fan wasn't covered so the bathroom floor was wet just threw a towel over it.

I liked that the building was very clean

When we first got in our room it smelled musty dispite looking clean and the beds were so uncomfortable. They are on a metal platform every time my husband got out of bed the sound woke up everyone else.

Friendly staff and very accommodating to our needs. It was beautifully landscaped.

Having our room on the 2nd floor with very heavy luggage and being older adults.

Walk in shower, made it great for impaired sister. Breakfast was very nice. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff very friendly.

Our room was at the far end of the hall. Would of like more tea and coffee in room. More towels in the bathroom.

I can’t say enough about this place. The indoor pool and hot tub were in this gigantic sunroom type room in the front it was very nice. Breakfast was great. Room was nice. The hotel smelled great. Best of all my kid forgot her blanket and stuff animal and they called me to return it. Exceptional Customer service and very friendly staff

Everything was exceptional. The care and treatment from the staff was exemplary. The breakfast was amazing. The property was very clean and cleaned thoroughly daily.

The breakfast was very good considering the COVID restrictions. I liked that there was coffee available in the lobby 24/7, and that there was also a coffee maker in the room. Bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good, and I liked the recliner. The property was very clean and well-maintained from what I could see.

The only negative was that my room was adjacent to the parking lot near a side entry door. There was a fair amount of traffic/noise as a result.
