Comfort Suites

I was proposing over our trip, and the staff helped so sososo immensely! They helped make it so special by helping decorate the room while we were out and while I was proposing so that little flower petals and a sweet card congratulating us were there when we came back :) very special, very wonderful.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk attendant when we checked in-- it was evening on Easter Sunday and only takeout was available locally. We got all the way back with our (sticky!) Chinese food when we discovered they hadn't given us any forks. I was exhausted from 9 hours of driving and my teenage son was ravenous. I wish I could remember the young woman's name-- she interrupted her own supper to find us a couple of forks. It may not seem like much but it meant a restful supper at the end of a very long day, to us. I felt very looked after in the best way.

Breakfast was great. Loved the waffles. Coffee was good. Everything was clean and maintained. Staff we met were all friendly.

Offensive Odor in hallway sometimes. Lights in room blinked often...maybe when heat kicked on and off. No drawer space to put clothing into just a small closet for hanging items. Overall great but wanted to share.

The hotel is EXTREMELY clean! That's very important to me, especially as we're still battling covid. The breakfast was amazing, with a waffle maker for fresh waffles. The area was well maintained.

Not enough outlets in the lobby around the high top tables. This makes it hard to plug up your laptop if you choose to work downstairs or charge your electronics.

The location was very convenient, and the restaurant at the Hilton next door had excellent food (recommended by the staff; they indicated that the same person owns both).

We had breakfast on Friday, which was continental only (no eggs or meats). Wish there was a better option but it was good. A little more variety of cereals for adults would be nice (they only had 4 choices of cereal).

The Breakfast was excellent,It was hot and there was a lot of choices. lots of variety and the happy hostess was very nice and friendly and she kept the area clean.

I didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned in better detail.for example we used the sofa bed . And the previous sheets where left on the bed from the previous customer. And also I found a cookie pack in between the night stand and the bed. I feel like the room should have been clean more Thorough .

The breakfast was good, although not having white milk in a dispenser until the weekend seemed perplexing. Similarly, only having waffles on the weekend seemed odd. I found the beds comfortable and the staff was polite. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The exercise room and pool were good amenities for our family, even though the pool was quite busy on the weekend.

I could hear everything. I think the bathroom by the pool was below my room and people talking or coughing or anything in that room was audible from the bathroom in my room. My wife and kids didn't really seem to notice, but I did. We could hear every ding of the elevator or each opening hallway door from our room day or night. The pool was inexplicably "temporarily out of order" in the morning, and this was irksome as it was quite busy in the evenings to the point where swimming would have been impossible.

I room was clean and organized, breakfast was everything one would expect or need, staff was very friendly.

One thing that I did not like was a little bit of a problem they made me change rooms second night. Apparently there was a booking mistake or something and I was pulled out of a room and sent up to another floor to a different room so group could be together. I feel at that point I should’ve received a discount or a voucher because I had to pack everything I had up, carry it down to the front desk, exchange keys then carry everything thing back upstairs to a different floor n room. I will be back there to visit in October that’s just a hint if you would like to make that inconvenience right. That inconveniences the only complaint I have.

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work . Shower head mounted for much taller person than I. Shelving for shower products nonexistent. Television that was mounted to furniture only slightly swiveled yet had to be shared between 2 queen beds & so-called sitting area.

This was our second time staying at this location, and loved it just the same. I especially enjoy the convenience of having a gas station without having to leave the parking lot. When we visit Amish Country, this is our go to place always!
