Hilton Garden Inn Wooster

I thought breakfast was include in the price qoute by booking.com however I was billed for the breaskfast. I was quoted by booking.com $900 dollars and was billed $1040.00. I did have a dinner and water that was not a part of the breaskfast.

My wife fail and received a knot on the right side of her head, abrasion on the right side of her face a black eye a bruised knee and big toe on her right foot. This was caused by a rolling chair in room 201. The hotel did not offer any help. I had to bring my wife back to Virginia to our doctor.

Everyone was so nice. Our room was clean and the filled our request for a few items we needed. The price was good and the peanut butter cookies at the front desk.

Paying for Breakfast. This is the first time I have ever had to pay for a breakfast. So on that note I will have to find another place to stay that offers free full breakfast. There are a few that I have stayed at that serve omelets, Waffle's ECT at no charge.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff was very helpful as we had problems with our reservation from an outside booking service. When we got there they never received our reservation request. In the end everything was worked out between the booking service and hotel. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved everything. Breakfast was also wonderful.

The only thing I didn't like was the problems we had with the outside booking agency not getting our booking set up with the hotel. But they did correct the issue and everything was fine.

multiple fire and life safety issues. no visible cameras. rapist paradise. Fire Alarm Control Panel had troubles present. painted concealed sprinkler plates rust and or corroded sprinkler heads sprinkler piping not aligned properly

The convenience to the college. How comfortable the rooms are and how easy it is to check in.

The rates are a little higher than the hotel next door which offers an ATI rate and free hot breakfast.

Loved the staff...so professional, courteous, and friendly and, helpful. Patio was amazing but needs chairs around the firepit so chairs from tables are not all taken. Rooms were very comfortable.

King room shower looked a little rough (age) but the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The service from the staff was very fair along with a very nice clean hotel. The location was great everything is close and your not to far from amish country. The rooms are very clean. The bed could had been a little better but what do you expect staying at a hotel, and the bathroom was very nice just gotta work with the hot and cold when your in the shower. Overall, I would definitely stay at the Hilton again in the future.

Honestly, there wasn't nothing to like about it. Just had a minor problem with the shower in the bathroom trying to figure out if it was going to hot or cold

The hotel was clean and followed all covid 19 protocols. They provided self serve coffee throughout the day and had a breakfast and early dinner /bar option (neither were included in the nightly rate). The lobby was spacious and inviting. All of the staff were friendly and professional. I made an appointment to use the fitness center and found it to be clean and useful.

It was located on the outskirts of Wooster, would have been nice to be walking distance to the college or downtown. Both of the beds in our room were very squeaky and made noise with the slightest movement.

It was nicely decorated and layout nicely. The lobby was inviting, and the outside was nice.

It would of been nice to have the firepit lite, it was chilly evening and it would of been nice to sit by.

The Location! Our daughter goes to school at ATI and we like the Amish Country, it's convenient to both!

It can be a little noisy. We had teenagers with poor manners, running in the hallways. You could hear them coming from the end, so the walls are thin!
