Tetherow Hotel

I've stayed here many times before. The rooms are very nice and spacious and the layout is nice. The pool is nice (if a bit of a walk) and the Tesla and EV charger in the parking lot is great. Also love the pet friendliness of the hotel rooms.

I asked if an early check in would be possible, received an initial response of "we'll let you know asap", and never received another response. I showed up an hour before the official check in time and a room was available. The hotel seemed very undercooked so I suspect a room was available much earlier, but, whatever. The breakfast service at "The Row" was pretty laughably slow and bad, especially considering there was no one else there, and we had two impatient kids. The server, bless her heart, was nice, but.... it took over an hour to get simple breakfast and coffee.

GOLF COURSE CONDITION OF GREENS - FOR THE $$ A FUNKY COURSE..... WE AGREED TO ROOM REFRESHING 2X WHILE THERE FOR 11 DAYS - I HAD TO CALL AND ASK FOR THEM TO VACUM AFTER FIRST " REFRESH" AND THEY DID NOT CHANGE THE SHEETS UNTIL I ASKED ON THE SECOND "REFRESH" - FOR THE $ THEY SHOULD REALLY BE CHANGING SHEETS!

Food service in the AM. The food was excellent at the restaurant/ pub but our server at breakfast was very unpleasant. So the next day we tried the cafe instead & sadly that did not meet expectation either. It was an extremely limited menu which is understandable but the pastry/ bagels were stale, not prepared well & at an extremely high price.

The room layout was extremely functional and thoughtful. I loved the window into the bathroom, the fireplace, and the mountain views. The robes were very comfortable. We were originally put in the wrong room and staff were quick to correct the issue. The couch in the room and the bed were both extremely comfortable. Absolutely amazing stay.

We called the front desk to have silverware sent to our room and it took two phone calls and about 45 minutes until someone brought us some. This was the only issue during the whole stay.

Property is very clean and well kept. There is lots of parking. Love riding on the mountain bike trails on site at Tetherow. The trails are well groomed and a lot of fun for the family to ride on. The rooms are fantastic, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on out of any resort/ hotel I’ve stayed in. Even the hide a bed is worthy to sleep on comfortably. The south view of the golf course is amazing, worth the extra money. All the materials in the room are high quality and the room is very clean. This is our second stay at Tetherow and it seems to not disappoint.

I like everything about the property. Nothing negative stands out in my mind.

Just a very luxurious room, bed, and bathroom. Hard to argue with the room. AC/climate was spot on. This was my second stay in 3 years, looking forward to going back.

Check-in guy kind of botched the covid mask request. If he would have just said "can you please put a mask on", it would have been over in 4 seconds. I had a mask and was more than willing to put it on, I had just forgotten coming from low-mask Idaho hotels. He turned it into a big CDC/protocol lecture, which was quite off-putting. I am fully vaccinated and rigorous about masking, but he approached me as an anti-mask guy, which I am 100% not. Maybe it was just a bad day or previous customer set him off. Anyway, our exchange was way more awkward/uncomfortable than it needed to be. Visit started on the wrong foot.

Wonderful accomodations! A very kind and helpful staff, pool was incredible, room was very clean, elegant but comfortable, this was top notch. Sent my kids with their dad for a much needed spring break retreat for a couple of nights and they had the most amazing stay. Thank you so much! They came home thinking mom was a superhero for making this happen. It was hard knowing I couldn't take my turn this year for spring break, and I had to begin working again managing the restaurant I work for that just reopened after certain restrictions were lifted. So I was able to set up this trip for them to go with their dad with the help of some great people they have on staff. Calling ahead I had many questions and wanted to set up certain reservations and they were so helpful, kind, and accommodating to make sure my girls had an amazing stay. To see all the memories they created there, and hear all the little extra steps everyone took to make sure they had a great day really impress me and warmed my heart. I look forward to taking them back there someday soon so I can see it all right along with them.

We had booked at another hotel which turned out to be untenable. At the last minute we were lucky enough to find a room at the Tetherow. What a difference. It was heaven. We didn’t have time to take advantage of all the facilities which was a pity. It all looks wonderful. We had the best night’s sleep!

Nothing. It was wonderful. If you can, get the north facing rooms. They probably have a view.

Our room was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great. The food from the cafe was delicious. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our stay was very short, but enjoyable.

It was not completely clear where we should go to check in.

Beautiful location, comfortable beds, convenient location to town and restaurant on site. Facility allowed us to park our travel trailer we were in Bend to pick up in an on-site parking location.

Had an issue a check in where we were given keys and room location and when we used the key to unlock the door were met with other occupants already staying in the room. When I called to the front desk was told they would correct the mistake and come bring the new keys to us. Waited ten min and finally had to go back to the lobby myself to get new keys and new room assignment. Fortunately our second room was unoccupied and the rest of the stay was great.
