The hotel was modern with a friendly atmosphere and plenty of space in the different parts of the lobby to hang out and/or take business calls. Our room was small but cozy. There was complementary coffee in the lobby in the mornings. Strong and reliable wi-fi, great location, overall very good. There were lockers on every floor which held additional towels, shampoo, and other toiletries. The gym was open 24/7 and well-equipped.

The USB charger in the top bunk didn't work when the lights were off (or we misunderstood something) and there could have been a small shelf there to store one's phone, a book, etc. A little more storage space for clothes would've been nice, too.

I loved the posh decor and the cool vibe. My gf loved the sushi and the bar. We got lemon drops that were definitely strong and not watered down . The room was amaze balls..we especially liked the shower and the noise canceling speaker. The board games and pillow nook were also a nice touch. We were both feeling the song list.. and taking lots of pix and selfies. The free drinks were nice It was an oober fun night..will definitely do it again

Didn't feel safe parking down town. So we used lyft...would of been nice if there were a designated parking area

Staff were fab, really lovely! Room was a great size as we were staying for over a week so was good to have space. Very modern and 'cool' looking. Bathroom was clean and nice. Bed comfy. Excellent location and was one of the best we could find for not too expensive.

Completely paper thin walls/doors, it's like someone has a microphone to the room next door, you can hear every word! Luckily we are both reasonably heavy sleepers so only disturbed us on a couple nights of our stay but I just wanted to note this as never been somewhere that bad for sound. (Other than that it was genuinely such a great stay).

The property was very fun. The shower was great. The white noise machine was good, think I’ll buy one for my own home. The TV was huge! The room was smaller than a standard hotel, but I didn’t find it too small like some of the other comments, it was fine for myself and my husband.

You really could hear the other rooms, even though we had the white noise maker on. I wouldn’t recommend the room for people with children, some noises might be a bit awkward to hear with children… it would have been nice for it to have a kettle or coffee machine, and to have had a fridge would have been good too.

very hip space and unbelievably comfortable beds!! cool lounge space and bar. walls are quite thin so you can hear your neighbors like they’re inside your room, but they provide a white noise machine, so that was pretty cool.

there was very little space to put belongings (ie desk space) - only one small fold out desk. I also didn’t like that they used plastic cups in the bathroom instead of real glasses. I would have expected Portland to be more environmentally conscious.

we had the bunk bed room it was so cute, the beds were super comfortable, the smart tv was personalized, and the décor of the rest of the building was super fun

they do not have their own parking, and the lot closest to them is BAD, HOWEVER when I checked in the were very upfront with us about that, they directed me to a much safer garage less than a 5 minute walk away, and to say I was thankful was an understatement, the original lot had 1-5 break-in each night we were there

Cool staff, noticed mostly younger people staying here, great vibes at the bar and a spacious lobby area to hang around and chat with friends. A newer hotel with more recent tech, TVs are Chromecast enabled. Location in downtown Portland is very convenient.

Nothing! A completely positive experience. Tip for anyone looking for dental and shaving kits, they are in lobby lockers just ask the staff.

Location was great, easy to walk to a lot of things. The Valet staff was amazing and always helpful and I liked that there was housekeeping supplies stocked in an accessible cabinet on each floor.

the front staff could use some guest services training. They weren't terrible just not receptive and didn't even offer a hello when walking through the lobby.

A little more ledge space for bags and stuff. The minimalist approach is cool, but it was a tiny bit too minimalist in regards to where to put your bag and hang your jacket.

Location is close to lots of restaurants downtown. Rooms were cute and the white noise machine was very helpful to have. Staff was nice, and the lobby was fun!

Walls are VERY thin, you can hear everything that goes on in the room beside you, thankfully no noise from upstairs. Shower was a weird design with no door so it got chilly, also less than stellar water pressure.
