Comfort Suites Redmond Airport

Our room was large, clean and there were plenty of towels. The front desk was helpful and friendly as were all the staff we encountered. Great location and very fairly priced. Great bfast options, most fresh. Great Wi-Fi! Great tv, too. The showers were seriously among the best we’ve ever experience with super water pressure and great temps! Looks like they have a very nice pool there, too. And a large breakfast area. A really great value.. We brought our dog and we’re not put in a run down, poorly located room. WE REALLY APPRECIATED THAT!!! :)

A river with rapids and waterfall was great source of enjoyment. Great trees and bird life was calming and relaxing. The morning breakfasts were exceptional for the food selection and quality. The dining room was spacious and comfortable. The selection of beverages and snacks in lobby were good, if somewhat overpriced. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely.

We had reserved a room with two queen beds, which in most hotels are side-by-side in the main room. Our room had a separate room (more of a big alcove) with the second queen bed in it. Lovely privacy. The coffee in the breakfast room was excellent, best we had had on our 10-day trip. And our room looked over the canal, so it was like being next to a small river. Very peaceful. We will stay there again.

When we checked in, we were told that the tv didn't work because the maintenance staff hadn't gotten all the new cable boxes installed. My spouse asked for a discount, which the weekend staff couldn't authorize. We were not happy. But about an hour later, a very nice maintenance man knocked on our door with two cable boxes to install for us. On a Sunday evening! So it turned out fine but they wouldn't have called the cable guy if my spouse hadn't complained.

Comfort Suites was immaculate from the moment we walked through the doors. Very inviting, very friendly staff. The room was awesome and very clean and plenty of space. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of choices, the food was fresh and kept warm. I will recommend Comfort Suites @ Redmond airport to my family and friends.

The only thing I didn't care for was the coffee, both in the room and the lobby. It was very watered down. It tasted like warmed water...no coffee flavor at all.

We were surprised at how well the COVID-19 breakfast workaround, being able to choose menu items as the attendant placed them in a paper bag. Also, the Assistant GM Daniel, who was acting GM in the wake of the GM having left, and who we had met when he was a Desk Clerk almost two years earlier, was very friendly and attentive. It’s a small thing, but I really like honey in my morning tea and when I mentioned the evening we arrived that there was none at the coffee/tea bar, it was there the next morning. Sometimes it’s the little things that one remembers.

our toilet in 131 needs minor repair. hot tub was not open, closed for repair. keys don’t always work.

There was no coffee pot and no clock in our Room #5 in Redmond, Oregon. We called the front desk twice and asked for the missing coffee pot. The gal said she would get that taken care of right away. We spent two nights at this Comfort Suites and the coffee pot was never brought to us. Inexcusable when traveling many miles and not being able to make a cup of coffee. The worst thing is when a staff member doesn't look after the needs of his/her guests.

This hotel was superb! Very nicely furnished. Professional and friendly staff. Pool was pristine. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had many choices and was beautifully presented.

Only thing I found odd was a camera in the pool area directly above the shower?

the pillows are horrible. the maid service could be better but it wasn’t entirely the hotels fault. short staffing issues are abundant in central Oregon.

The room was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, and breakfast was good. There is an excellent sushi restaurant within walking distance. Looking forward to booking again!
