Everything, was Amazing. Every morning we had a great breakfast, family enjoyed the pool and sauna. The llamas were an extra added bonus. Coming and going was simple, day and day out as we had many activities planned and completed. The hotel made everything simple and easy throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Best Western.

The location was terrific; the alpacas adorable! Very nice staff. Breakfast was nice.

The room was a bit dark, dated, and lacked a kitchenette. For the price, I was a little disappointed. But maybe I am not aware of the going rate nowadays, with inflation. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was full of amazing choices. Personally, I needed a yogurt which was not dairy or nut. And the only gluten free option for bread/bagel had ingredients I couldn't eat. The location was great, loved the view from our room.

The carpet was really dirty, my socks were brown from walking on that carpet! Please clean them more often. A pillow or two on the sofa would help our backs, too.

Breakfast was good, room was large and spacious, bathroom with the jacuzzi was awesome. Quite and away from the highway so no highway noise. Patio area was a pleasant view of green grass pine trees and the alpacas.

Having a list of things to do around the area such as finding better restraunts, things to do, shopping. and day trips

Great breakfast, clean outdoor pool and hot tub, fun to be next to the alpacas, pet-friendly rooms available.

Pet-friendly room triggered our allergies- maybe needs some more regular deep cleans or airing out. Needed to get pillows/blanket for pull out sofa bed— none in closet even though we booked for a family of four.

The beds were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was far beyond what I expected and very yummy! Not the mentioned the alpaca farm on the same property! Bonus!

The only, and I mean ONLY thing that I didn’t like was the TV had the wrong time zone on it so the channels didn’t match up with what was actually on the guide.

The weather was perfect. We also like the location of the Lodge. It was very relaxing, we enjoyed sitting out on the patio watching the Alpaca's in the morning & listening to the frogs in the evening. The bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was great. We'll be returning.

The beds are very comfortable, the grounds are beautiful, the location is excellent, being able to order breakfast from your phone and schedule the next day pickup is very convenient, the fact that it is absolutely non-smoking everywhere except for a designated location away from all rooms was awesome, and the staff were all very friendly. It is a great place to stay while visiting Sisters!

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations, but they weren't supposed to be until the day after we left. It was only disappointing because we were there for a weekend volleyball tournament and my daughter was looking forward to the extra relaxation. However, when I pointed that out to the management they were kind enough to credit us back some money toward our stay.

Everything was perfect. During the day baby deer & mama came to visit. There was also a heard of alpaca with many babies in a large pen. it was a wonderful visit & I would recommend it.

I liked everything. There wasn't anything that negative I can say.

I traveled with my two children, and the Best Western Ponderosa exceeded my expectations in every way. What we particularly enjoyed were the grounds with all of the animals, and especially the alpacas! We also loved the pool. The breakfast service was very convenient. The nearness to a grocery store, and the short walk to downtown Sisters was great! We couldn’t have asked For anything more!!!
