Sisters Inn & Suites

I was traveling with both of my dogs. One is 40 pounds and the other 90 pounds. Most places won't allow "big dogs", but Sisters Inn and Suites did not care and allowed both of my dogs. Had a room on first floor and out the back door was a fenced in space for my dogs to walk around. I did pay a pet fee, but they only charge one flat fee not a per dog fee which was nice. No other place has done that, always a per dog fee. Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in/out was easy. I don't get to take vacations often and to find a place that would allow my dogs to come along was a real bonus. It just made my little vacation that much nicer. Thanks!

Everything was great and there was nothing I did not like. Check in/out was easy, room clean and comfortable. There was just nothing to complain about. I guess the only "bad" part was a lot of vehicle traffic, but it was not all that bad.

My partner and I were having a family gathering in Sisters and at the last minute we thought we needed to bring are big dog. This hotel had pet friendly rooms. Then at the very last minute we found a sitter for the dog. When we arrived in sisters I stopped in the hotel it was about 1pm. I told them we didn’t need a pet room. They happily changed are room and was able to check us in early and we unloaded are stuff and was able to get to are family all settled. It was very nice. We had a clean room and a porch and comfortable beds. I was very happy with are stay. Thank you

The staff were exceptional - very accommodating, helpful and kind! We've stayed here several times but the young woman at the counter during check-in on this trip was someone I hadn't met before and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness!

Nothing, really! The A/C works SO well - old style with a dial but it's great, doesn't turn off like the newer thermostat ones do. We had a King room with a kitchen and it would have been nice to have a pot or pan and some utensils to cook with, but I understand why that'd be hard to keep track of.

It was VERY clean and the room was large and bed comfortable with nice comforter, sheets, towels. The staff were VERY polite and nice. Very helpful and friendly.

No pool, breakfast, etc There was no breakfast but you could get a prepackaged free granola bar, fruit bar, or cookie from the front desk each morning. There was coffee as well. It would not stop us from staying here again though because we are rarely at our hotel when hiking, biking, or skiing in the area.

Room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Rooms are larger than most. Wifi worked well. Nice in-room coffee service and provided toiletries. Price was excellent compared to other motels in the area. Close to all local activities and restaurants.

They charge a cheesy $50 "incidentals" fee when you check-in that goes on your credit card immediately and isn't removed for a couple of days. As far as I can see, there is no need for this fee, as there are no "incidentals" to cover.

The room very comfortable, and clean , the balcony was a bonus . Sisters is a pretty town with many unique shops. Parking is also easy , even though there is a lot of through traffic. Many restaurants nd cafés.

The price needs to include breakfast. There is no breakfast place within walking distance, you have to go into town.

Room spacious and clean. Bed comfortable - not too firm, just right. Great shower, bathroom facilities. Staff very responsive to issues with TV control box. Fixed problem promptly and gave us generous room discount as well. Excellent customer service earns high marks. We will return!

Adjacent road noisy at times but ok if sliding door closed. Room AC works well. Bed sits a bit high for short folk but no big deal.

It was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. And staff was very friendly.

We booked a room with a kitchen. Didn't realize there wasn't even a dish towel. Lol. We didn't pack up our kitchen to bring with us. Usually there are basic amenities provided. Had we known in advance that there was nothing, we would have packed a little different.

it was close to town and the Rodeo grounds. we wanted to be close, so we could run to town to shop and eat when we weren’t at the rodeo.

We would have liked a breakfast in the morning, but other than that it worked really well for us. There’s a little street noise, if you’re really sensitive to noise, but it didn’t bother us.

No free continental breakfast, but the hotel did have packaged snack items like Belvita and juice bottles. Location is very convenient to Sisters for the annual quilt show. Rooms are standard.

Would like a better table with 2 chairs in the room. Pillows were too fluffy for my taste so would like option for a flatter pillow.
