Ramada by Wyndham Whitehall/Allentown

Great breakfast (eggs, beans, grits, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, cereal, pancakes). The room was extremely clean and I felt no worries or reservations about dirt or bugs or anything. My husband and I spent our wedding night there and it could not have been a better experience. Plenty of towels and very clean bathroom. I don't remember if there was a microwave but there was a mini fridge and small coffee maker. Best hotel I've been to in years!!

The first night there was no shampoo but it was super easy to ask for some and the staff even gave us extras! Literally no other problems everything was amazing!

We arrived late at night because of flight delay, but there's no any problem with late check in. The stuff was great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Perfect to for taking a break and moving on.

I booked the hotel with payment at the property. By the time I checked in, I had already received a letter from booking, where it was said that I did not show up at the hotel, my booking was canceled, and the payment would be debited from my account. So it took time to understand what happened and avoid double payments.

I last stayed at this hotel in 2016. I was very pleased to see the changes they had made to make customer experience #1. It's always great to see locations Cafe to improve their facilities. The bar tender during our Friday and Saturday night stay 1/6-1/7 was phenomenal. Very attentive and delivered exceptional service and was more than happy to serve us food after we arrived late after our racing event at the nearby PPL Center. We would 10 out of 10 recommend a stay here and I look forward to staying here again next year during our race weekend.

Free breakfast is already outstanding but one morning it was exceptional because there were "bacons" instead of sausages one day. And they were really great quality and tasty bacons too!! One night I had a steak dinner and it was seriously fantastic also! Something that ones couldn't really expect to get in a small restaurant in the first place. The hotel/restaurant manager, he was exceptionally friendly as well. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This place isn't suitable for anyone planning to stay without a car. It's quiet a walk away from the surrounding shops and all.

Breakfast was great. Turkey sausage was ok but it will be nice to have pork bacon or sauages as well. Also a waffle maker. The refrigerators need the check for mines and a few other guest wasn't getting cold enough but did chill drinks. Miguel the manager was surbeb. He was helpful, was on top of everything, got his hands dirty when needed. He is Funny, caring and he is what makes that hotel run. He is the heart of the hotel. He went above and beyond with all guest. Tarell the bartender was amazing as well. Drinks were on point,food orders on point and did everything with a smile and offer help when needed.

Pool could be bigger, gym hopefully is open soon. Possible elevator to 2nd floor and two different choices of meat for breakfast. Also towels and wash clothes should be ready upon arrival. Otherwise my issues were minor. This place was wonderful and we will return

This hotel and their employees are working hard. Obvious improvements have been made since my last stay about 4 years ago. Renovation is still taking place, and not everything is finished yet. Be kind and be patient, because the staff is friendly. Amanda at the front desk was helpful and lovely, and Miguel (the restaurant manager) was present during breakfast hours and very friendly, walking around the room and asking people if they needed anything. There’s a well maintained pool outside, with towels provided and ample deck chairs. The hotel has a small bar and a restaurant. Breakfast offerings were good— scrambled eggs, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee and juices. Any time I saw a hotel employee in the lobby they asked if I needed anything. Beds are comfortable. A/C worked very well, and has a “constant fan” setting for those who like white noise at night. Hot water was HOT and plentiful. Our room had a good sized “mini” fridge, a coffee maker and a microwave in a small area just outside the bathroom.

The housekeeping staff is not currently entering rooms to clean during people’s stays, which I understand and support during Covid times. However, housekeeping could be more attentive. The corner chair in our room had someone else’s dried food on it. I was told upon checking in that if we needed clean towels we should leave the used towels outside our door and they’d be replaced. Our towels were taken away but we didn’t get new ones. Amanda at the front desk got us more.

The updates and the room size. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was good. The restaurant/bar was good as well. The hotel is still undergoing renovations, they didn't bother me but I saw a lot of reviews where ppl were complaining. It's not that bad. Don't pass up on this hotel because of that.

Literally nothing the hotel can do about it, but the noise off 22 is obnoxious. My only complaint and it's uncontrollable. I'd stay here again, easily

Good and friendly front desk service. Very helpful. The "Continental B'fast" next morning was a nice touch after so many perks have disappeared due to Covid! The hispanic man running the breakfast (Sorry but we didn't catch his name) was very helpful ad nice to my daughter and other guests and was very attentive to guests' needs.

The road to the hotel has very small "Ramada" signs and we missed the hotel the first time we were looking for it. Would be helpful if the signage were larger!

very clean exterior, all staff were extremely nice-welcoming and informative, close to event center and reasonably priced

there was a really horrible smell throughout the halfway on the second floor, smelled like used, damp cat litter the location is very inconvenient, especially if you miss the very small sign a much larger sign is needed to help patrons find the location more options for breakfast, was disappointed by the lack of breakfast staples

The hotel upgraded us to a suite when they heard that this was my 84 year old dad's first overnight weekend vacation. The included breakfast was ready right on time and delicious.

The road leading up to the hotel needs repaired and better signage saying where the hotel is located. It appears you're on a back road heading into the woods.
