Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Bethlehem Airport/Allentown area, an IHG Hotel

The staff was very pleasant & accommodating. The Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. It was just very peaceful. The breakfast was good. There was 24 hour computer and internet on the 1st floor for anyone who needed it. The coffee & tea was available 24 hours. If you wanted to relax in the dining area you could. The pool was accessible to the guest.

There was nothing that I can complain about. I arrived an hour early & the room was all ready to go. That's what I call good business practice. Afterall, I was travelling on public transportation from 8 am in the morning. Loved it here. Restaurants were close by. There is a shuttle that takes you within a 3 mile radius.

Room was very spacious. Nicely appointed. Comfy bed. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with many choices. I especially enjoyed the egg white omelets and the cinnamon buns. Even the decaf coffee was good.Liked the easy chair with lamp overhead. There were enough trash cans.

My perpetual complaint in hotels is that the reading lights are inadequate and as usual these were inadequate. I don’t like the commununal toiletries. Bacteria from other people’s hands can be easily transferred. I prefer bar soap.

Everything. Excellent breakfast. Good food and they don't monitor your portion size or frequency to the buffet. Excellent, that they don't. $140 a night, I thought was a bit expensive. However, in fairness to the hotel, I should be glad that I was even able to get a room. I checked in late at 2am. due to fatigue of driving. Overall, exceedingly satisfied. This was my 3rd stay there. One of the very few hotels that provide good breakfast.

The hotel was very close to the airport and had an excellent shuttle service. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and get an early morning shuttle. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are also very helpful especially the shuttle drivers.

The only issue we had was that there were no early morning breakfast options for early travelers. The hotel is very basic but great for an airport hotel.

It was the complete package, everything was nice and clean. the people where so friendly and the breakfast was awesome loved it. we all really had a terrific stay.

Could not hear neighbors. TV's mounted in a way for minimal noise from room or outside. Close to airport and other sites.

Needs more signs how to exit! Very confusing to exit. Sometimes ending up in JT's Grill parking lot. Room above heavy footed person. Something fell shook ceiling and my room @ 12:30am. Scared me.

The location was perfect, right outside the town we were going to. The young lady who checked us in was very nice, she made sure everything was correct. Breakfast was great, and black-out shades were perfect for sleeping in! The size of the room was great, really big!

Side doors didn't work for getting into the building with our key. Would have parked in a different area if we knew that.

Staff was friendly and efficient during check in (and check out), and breakfast room staff were very nice as well. Breakfast room was well stocked and offered hot selections, as they did prior to COVID. Also, all public areas were very clean, and in the breakfast room, cutlery and bread/bagels were wrapped. Other visitors were respectful and mindful of the signs to remain masked in public spaces. The location is convenient to the restaurant next door (across the parking lot).

The Scheetz gas station/restaurant across the street: on both Fri & Sat nights. cars would meet up there to drag race out front. It was very loud, but fortunately ended both nights by 9 pm. As our room was in front facing the street (though behind trees, the parking lot, and large lawn area) we got the brunt of the noise. I forgot to mention this to the hotel staff when we checked out. As this occurred in the early evening hours, and did not last long, this did not our ability to sleep.

The hotel overall is very inviting, modern and very clean. Our room was spacious, updated and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful, friendly and worked hard to ensure our stay was fantastic. There wasn’t anything negative about our stay.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like.

When we got to our room there was a wasps nest stuck in the window trapped between the glass and the screen…. BUT the staff was incredibly helpful and moved us right away to another room and started removing the nest as soon as we left. Very accommodating, which made me happy
