this hotel was a hotspot back in the day, where who’s who would visit and lend more credibility to this historic site. pictures of previous presidents and notable guests are littered throughout the hotel giving it it’s historic charm! The experience of walking into my room was like a throwback to the yesteryears of my fathers era. everything from the sink fixtures, and to the wallpaper and vaulted ceiling was all well within their theme. it was cold that night, in the teens actually. The room was set to 85° a little too warm for my taste so I decided to drop the thermostat down to a comfortable 70°. unfortunately, air conditioning was not accessible so I had to open the window to equalize the temperature on my own but I love sleeping to cold fresh air again. Do I see this as an inconvenience or as part of its historic charm? I chose the latter. The bed was firm, but surprisingly comfortable. I slept like a baby the next morning I had an incredible shower. The trick to the shower knob is to continuously charted to the left until you get hot water and then adjust accordingly. The soaps and shampoos were a unique and great experience also. I enjoyed that. The only discomfort during mice day was standing catty corner to the sink in the bathroom while shaving and brushing my teeth as the wall in front of the sink is very close to it where one would have to squeeze through to be centered in front of the sink. again, do I take this as a discomfort, or the charm of the known architecture back in those days. Again, I chose the latter. Lol. made my way downstairs to have breakfast; complimentary breakfast, as the night auditor, Clara, noticed that I was a very weary traveler, coming in at 1 AM tired from a 65 hour duty. She had pity on me and granted me this wonderful complimentary breakfast certificate. I ordered a big breakfast, and it was incredibly delicious.

The property was in well, keeping of its historic charm as it is surrounded by the historic district. Every detail within the hotel expresses the theme.

The location of this hotel is stellar for exploring downtown Bethlehem, which is amazing! All of the spaces are gorgeous and the food at all the restaurants is top notch.

The beds are very firm and were pretty uncomfortable for us. On top of the mattress, the bed frames were extremely creaky so you couldn't even shift your weight without making a LOT of noise. The room was also very small, which is to be expected with historic hotels.

We had a rough start with miscommunication with a staff member. The management went above and beyond to optimize and neutralize the situation. We soon forgot the start and enjoyed a wonderful stay. Our room was impeccably clean. The decor was spot on. The room was on the smaller side, no place to really sit and relax, but was what we booked. The location is outstanding on Main street with a lot of things going on, including outdoor dining and music, shops, people and natural area around the corner to enjoy. Lots of historic sites close by too.

The parking deck, no elevator, is behind the Hotel. It would be nice to have valet, but "can't because of Covid". Hopefully that will not be an issue soon.

They accommodated my request to be on top floor. Room service was amazing. Food tasted great, and bought to us in a timely manner. Staff was great other then one bar tender but the others made up for it.

The first time I went to the bar, a male bartender told me he was calling last call that I had to order at that moment because they was closing. I ordered my drink and sat outside for about an hour or so talking and sipping my drink as I was told they were closing so I assumed I couldn't have another. When I came in to go to my room there was still people being served at the bar.

Every time we stay at your hotel, we are always greeted by a helpful and friendly staff. In planning for this trip, I made reservations in the Terrace restaurant for dinner. Due to an event occurring at the same time, everyone who had reservations were forced to eat on the tap room side of the restaurant. If it wasn't for staff member Amber Grace, we would have left to find another restaurant. Amber was so courteous and proficient at her job, she managed to find us a corner table on the Tap Room side and competed drinks and dessert. She is a important asset to your business. Her beautiful smile and great disposition made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be back in a few weeks and looking forward to seeing Amber again. Love it!!!

The room (and entire hotel) was decorated so beautifully, it made the whole experience feel even more special. Every staff member, from the gentlemen by the parking lot, front desk employees, restaurant hostess/waitresses were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The view of Bethlehem from the room was lovely. The hotel is in a fantastic location downtown, walking distance from many restaurants. Sunday brunch was delicious and the loved the ambiance with the live piano.

Restaurants were top notch. Staff friendly and efficient, food very well prepared and delicious, not rushed The restoration, decor, preservation were very nice! Up to date but maintained the style and atmosphere of the historic ambiance. Loved the noontime checkout!

Larger bar area or provide wait service in guest lounge area in lobby Having parking garage is great but would have appreciated clearer assistance with luggage. We did not realize the length we would have to walk/carry our bags. Greeter at entrance should explain how he could have made things easier. He did ask if we needed assistance with our things but we said no, not realizing the distance we would have.

I was traveling with a baby and stroller and the property was not easily accessible with ramps and also there were not a consistent amount of bellman available at the overnight guest entrance to help me with my bags and or unable to use the little lift. I had to carry the stroller myself with my bags which was stressful since there are no ramps.

The hotel is stunning and rooms were very well done. We enjoyed the ambiance very much.

The food and drinks are overtly over priced. The food was "ok" but it was no where close to an adequate level of pricing vs. quality vs. ambiance in the restaurant. We were so disappointed. This really soiled an otherwise great hotel experience.

The Sunday brunch was wonderful!! There was so many choices and the service was great. My room was small but nice, the bed was comfortable.

The room was small, I have stayed before, and this current room was not as big. The bathroom toilet seemed old and didn't flush well. There was also some type of work happening outside in front of the hotel and it was loud at times.
