The size and space of the room very comfortable. Liked the size and space of bathroom with the extra closet space. Most especially the reception received when we arrived. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Liked the fact that no one can get past the main floor on elevator unless you have a pass key to a reserved room.

The bathtub was slippery. Could use a little more drawer space. Was unaware of curfew hours of hotel. Had to call the front desk to be let in....

There was no continental breakfast nor was there a fitness room or computer room. This hotel is a historic landmark hotel that was just renovated to fit to updated but has some historical elements that was built in 1926. I liked the hotel however it would have been nice if the Wi-Fi worked and had some amenities and location is not good since the hotel doesn’t pay or valet parking from street or the near by garage, both very expensive to keep up if you staying more than 1day.

Exceptionally clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and kind staff. The building is absolutely beautiful, I came when they were decorating the lobby for the holidays and it was really elegant. The rooms came with microwave and a fridge, bathrooms come with almost everything you could ever need: shower cap, nail file, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, q tips, makeup wipes. The hotel really exceeds in quality of stay amenities.

Keycard was needed to activate elevators, and was a little weird to use. The doors are locked at certain hours of night so not too great for partiers. There is no parking lot for this hotel so the streets, which are metered, are your only option and it's not great if you aren't staying from Saturday into Sunday, which is when meters are free.

Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing. I was in town for a family function and the staff offered an impromptu walk through of their ballroom for my sister’s wedding while we was eating brunch. My sister was in love immediately. Rooms were a great size and clean. Food was amazing and the staff accommodated me even though they were closing the kitchen. Thank you to the amazing staff for making me feel comfortable to travel alone!

I have honestly have no dislikes regarding the hotel. But the parking was a bit frustrating cause of Allentown’s parking authority.

The room was big. The sheets were clean and crisp. The hotel had work dating back to when the hotel opened, and President Nixon pictures when he visited.

The bathroom door would not stay open, (personal preference). The water pressure in the shower was weak and didn't get very hot. The bed seemed as if it had metal springs interlinked. When we laid in the bed I was rolled to my husband. The bed was too soft and needs individual support springs.

We enjoyed the historic nature of the hotel, which was decorated with some news clippings and pictures of Allentown's past. The location was actually convenient with easy on-street parking and a few bars nearby. Great value!

The neighboring streets were a little desolate at night, but there were a couple of nice bars within walking distance.

I love that they remodeled the hotel without taking away the history.

I asked for a sofa bed and when it was time for bed we realized it was not a sofa bed . We had to move our stuff 2 floors. It was warm in the room it cooled off after a while. The sofa bed did not have covers and I needed to ask for them .

The room was exceptionally clean and a very generous size. The staff was polite and the bed was almost as comfortable as home. I was surprised how quiet it was for being downtown. I would absolutely stay here again.

Parking is in the public garage about a block over. It was a little tricky to find the right deck since I wasn't familiar with the area.

Charming hotel with great staff, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. There are very few hotels that surprise you positively and this is one of those. Parking is available in the public garage that is very close to the hotel. Dont miss the excellent and reasonably priced breakfast that is served in the beautiful dining area by a very friendly waitress/cook.

Location was great went to the PPL center / Room was very clean and smelled nice/I would definitely stay here again

Check in was delayed I put in a special request for check in between 3 and 4 got there at 3:30 and had to wait about an half an hour to check in the room wasn’t ready yet 🤷🏻‍♂️The snacks in the shop the prices were outrageous 👎
