Sonesta Select Allentown Bethlehem Airport

Everybody went above and beyond to try to help you and do anything for you and especially Kim the manager. She really did me a favor. I had an issue and had to stretch out my day and her just the whole staff. Everybody was wonderful I just wish that they would leave the pool open a little bit later just so that adults could go in at night being that is no room is by it.

Like I said the only thing about the property I wish that they left the pool stay open being that not surrounded by rooms if they left the pool open late, so sometimes people at night like to just swim laps without hearing the kids other than that you couldn’t ask for more

it was clean and staff was amazing

no vending machines, snacks only sold in lobby very pricey.

bed was a little hard

The hotel is modern and well maintained. We were traveling with our dogs, and they were welcomed with open arms (for a small fee). The staff was courteous and helpful. Location was great. It was right around the corner from ABE airport, and in the vicinity of plenty of shopping and restaurants. Close to US 22, it provided easy access to Allentown, Bethlehem, and the rest of the Lehigh Valley.

Did not eat breakfast. Went to Dennys

No coffee in lobby until 7. I'm an early riser and would have appreciated coffee. The night clerk Dan, shared his coffee with me. Very nice man. The sales manager was extremely nice The clerk working when we checked in was most unfriendly. She really needs an attitude adjustment. Did not know there was a fee to check in and 1-1/2 hrs early. Reread hotel rules on your website and never found info there was a fee. She was quite ugly about it.

The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. The room was clean, very large TV that we could see from bed and sitting area. Nice decor, roomy couch area in room. Bed was very comfortable. Location very close to airport and walking distance to a restaurant.

We chose this facility because of the reviews, because we needed a shuttle to airport, and there is a restaurant at hotel. But actually, there is not a shuttle and the chef quit so the restaurant was closed. I don't know if breakfast was served because our flight was before breakfast hours. In addition the shower either ran hot or cold. We had to set it on lukewarm to use.

Suite was very nice. Location close to Wind Creek where we were attending a show.

There was no breakfast included for that high nightly rate. To not even have coffee for your guests was ridiculous. We won't go to any Sonesta Hotels again because of this. We have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't at least have coffee, and mostly always get breakfast. My husband went to Dunkin Donuts for regular and decaf coffee

The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was so friendly, smilingly, and genuinely interesting in your needs/stay. I travelled with 2 kids (4yrs&6months) and they made us all feel at home. They engaged with my 4y/o while I needed a sec to care for the 6m/o; I could tell they were moms. I’d describe this place as moms taking care of moms cause we all know how hard it is to travel with kids; they made it alittle easier.

hallway/room wreaked of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking facility. I had to wash every little piece of clothing that we traveled with when we got home because everything in our lounge stunk so bad. I probably wouldn’t stay again just because of this. It created an additional 4 loads of laundry for this mom.

Great location near the Allentown airport. It's nice to stay somewhere that has a separate living area from the bedroom; my spouse could watch TV when I wanted to go to bed early! Bed was very comfortable.

There is traffic noise from Route 22 as you are very close to the highway. Breakfast is available for a fee - and when I went down to look at it - no one was there staffing it, so I went down the street to Dunkin.

I didn't have the breakfast, but I loved the room and the quiet surroundings. the staff was excellent and extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. my first day there i ran into a problem w my keycard not working and front desk and the staff got on it so fast that by the time we had our bags out of the car and at our room door the staff had taken care of the problem. i will def stay again

the pool was indoors and the water looked a bit murky, wasn't a fan and the pool area inside had a weird smell to it , it just turned me off about the pool
