Adequate buffet, everything always stocked. Nice to have decaf coffee. The kitchen was well equipped. Minor problems ( wifi access, batteries for the safe, not enough hangers, blocked microwave) were resolved rapidly.Nice to have bottled water availalbe. Easy access to the 78 highway.

There was not a door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom, so no privacy while washing up, etc. There was no way to get information about each of the TV stations and no way to get the program, or maybe I just couldn't find it, so I never knew what was playing or how long it would last.

This hotel looks brand new, as it opened last month. However, I learned during our stay that it just celebrated its 5th anniversary of operations. It's spectacular!

This Hilton property charged a "convenience fee" that I was not told about when I made the reservation, nor when I checked in or out of the property. It was when I checked my credit card statement that I found this additional charge. It was refunded after a phone call to the hotel.

Excellent breakfast choices, using real dishes, not paper & plastic!

The price! The hotel is very nice and comfortable and had a great breakfast, but $260 is a lot of money for a Homewood Suites not really close to any major city. 

Size of the room

King bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Woke up with terrible back pain. Pull out couch for guest would be fine for kids but the bar across the middle with very little padding was terrible to try to sleep on.

The accommodations were comfortable like a mini apartment. The price was affordable for what it had to offer and it was close to the highway.

For such a nice place it could offer Truvia sugar packs for those trying to avoid chemicals and added sugar. Also, you could provide a nondairy creamer for coffee and other hot beverages.

The room was clean, the appliances were all in working order and well-maintained, the bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels (not common at most hotels), the bed and pillows were super comfortable, but the one most important thing that made this hotel awesome is this: I was able to control my own thermostat settings and it actually worked and worked quickly. Outstanding!

Nothing I didn't like in my short stay.

Everything was excellent! The cleanness of the property was phenomenal especially during this pandemic, definitely a peace of mind. The receptionist that helped me during check in was great! Excellent customer service and very courteous. The breakfast was great.

I went back down to grab a few snack and the receptionist was a different one who wasn't very polite and didn't acknowledge me standing there waiting for her to charge the snacks. I had to get her attention for her to say " Oh, you have to bring your things this way" as if she didn't see me standing there waiting for her. Besides that, everything else was great.

Carry-out breakfast was great - a lot of prepackaged items. Hotel is practically brand new - everything is clear and sharp. The pool is open weekdays with no reservations required and weekends with reservations required. The fitness center is open 24/7 with no reservations needed.

Would be better if there were more kids channels on the TV. The pool is a long walk from the lobby and elevators but what are you gonna do? I'm really reaching here, but the buttons inside the elevator are annoying.

The Hotel is very Nice and Good that We were able to have breakfast included. The Staff was Very Attentive and Friendly...

They need pork bacon and pork sausage.

There could have been a little more emphasis on mask wearing. I know it is a difficult subject, but for a lot of us seniors, it is very important to practice Covid-19 preventative measures.
