Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia

I truly enjoyed the privacy and no disturbances or loud noise. The bed was very comfortable and I was able to get peaceful sleep. I like the options of having shampoo, conditioner and shower gel conveniently available to you in the shower, in case you forgot those toiletries at home. That was a very nice touch.

There were minor things like the carpet and the sofa in the room which looked dirty and uninviting to sit on. There was left over food in our fridge when we arrived to the room but we just threw it out, and when we arrived, the front desk agent was not present because he was sleeping. Other than that, the overall stay was pleasant.

Very convenient location and a pretty good selection at breakfast. Always very clean rooms and plenty of space. Nice pool, too. I like the fact that the hotel is very close to everything, but not on the actual strip that holds the mall and such. The staff is always so kind and accommodating.

I enjoy this hotel, but every time I stay its a long weekend trip. On Sunday our keycard always gets deactivated and we have to go down and have them reactivated. Happened the last 3 times. Also, the beds are VERY firm.

The staff was amazing&friendly. Access to a clean gym 24/7 was amazing. Machines and equipment with clean with clean towel as well. Access to the indoor eating bar and front desk service 24/7 as well. Breakfast is included with your stay and it was amazing! Hot food, eggs,pancakes, sausages and more! Room was beautiful as well with a large bed with a extra living room space !!! Clean tables, showers,floors and counter sink. Love the rotating TV in the room, can watch it anywhere you are... Quiet hallways and clean Elevator... Great location, will recommend to everyone to stay. Lobby setting so inviting with access to computer & phone pod location throughout to make it easy to work on the go. Floyd who is the hotel staff host is so amazing and made my first time a blast!!! My husband & I will definitely go back. Thumbs up from the both of us. This is definitely a 10 for me!!!

I love the location! We came for our anniversary and the hotel was within 10 minutes of all three of our destinations. The complimentary breakfast was more than expected. Not only were there your standard items of bagels, fruit and cereal but there were eggs, potatoes and sausage. Very nice way to start the day! The room was spacious and clean The only thing I noticed is that there were no free bottles of water like I’ve had in other hotels. Not a deal breaker for me, just something I noticed. This was my 2nd stay at this Hyatt and I honestly won’t stay anywhere else if I’m traveling to this area.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room location (1st level) was convenient; my room was a good size and very comfortable; room walls were pretty solid....we slept great and heard no outside noise; parking spot was conveniently close to my room through the back; the free Wifi & streaming service using Chromecast was awesome and breakfast was a great plus!

Lobby when I walked in was dirty, floors/rugs not swept/vaccuumed...garbage/debris from outside all over. Smelled of marijuana in the parking lot, in the lobby, and in my room the first night. No microwave in room, fingerprint smudges on the room temperature/ac wall unit, dirty curtains...I had to wipe down everything with clorox disinfectant wipes. Quarters or a coin machine should be available for clients doing laundry. I was told by staff that they do not give out quarters. I was told to go to the nearest WAWA for quarters, which they willingly gave me. The dryers do not dry the first round of 60 minutes. You have pay another $2.00 in quarters to get another 60 minutes of drying time or take your clothes home damp.

Friendly staff, good cleaning, spectacular breakfast, there is an omelette, hamburger, pancakes, banana, orange, apple, many things and I thought it was great!!! very complete!!! lIn the bedroom the tv moves to the bed or to the sofa! very cool, and i love the gym!!! It is complete and all new! I have pictures and there is still water in the exercise room, congratulations on having water so that we guests can train and have water. All gyms in hotels should have water either in bottles or in a fountain! You are to be congratulated

The staff was great--friendly and professional. The room was very large, with a big sofa, ottoman, desk, and television. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The shower had strong water pressure and the drains were clear. The bath towels were very large. The mini fridge was very, very cold! The heating/cooling unit in the room was not adjustable, but we found the temperature comfortable. Although the restaurant is currently closed, we were provided with a list of local restaurants, including some that delivered. That was very handy. (Note: Wegman's grocery store also delivers via InstaCart.) The hotel is easy to get to, and quiet. The front desk staff was masked, hand sanitizer was available in the lobby, and the elevator occupancy was limited to 4.

We weren't informed at check-in that we'd receive maid service every 3 days. Once we figured that out, we just made sure we picked up fresh towels and coffee each day. The breakfast room was poorly stocked. We understand that covid changes things, but there were no options besides cereal, oatmeal, and frozen, microwaveable egg biscuits. No muffins, no danish, no granola bars--all readily available individually wrapped. The phone in our room was absolutely filthy. There are no convenient outlets near the nightstand for charging devices. There were no side tables in the sitting area to set down a drink or a plate. Parking in front of the hotel is limited; the hotel's back parking lot entrance is not visible from the lot, and I would not have been comfortable walking to it alone.

The room as modern, clean and well-lite, spacious. The breakfast was nice even with the usual COVID restrictions on hot food - the hot Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were a nice option. The coffee was good, and the kids really enjoyed the juice and bagels too. The hotel lobby was always clean and neat. The flat Pet Rate was VERY much appreciated. It saved us from having to stay at a Motel 6. Thanks for a great trip to my daughter's wedding there in Philadelphia!

The hotel was great. We didn't like the city train system. It was very poorly marked, and it was difficult to locate train stations - but not impossible. Helpful train staff and passengers The downtown area was a fantastic restaurant experience at Reading Station.

I love the late check out time which is 12pm instead of 11am like other hotels! The pool also opens early and close late at 10pm. The included breakfast was great as well

Only thing I can say is that it was a new employee working who had no idea how to add my purchase to charge it to the room. Waited 20mins for them to try to get it right. Otherwise this hotel was perfect

It was cheaper, and close to the pool tournament at the Expo Center. At check in the desk worker was great. Staff was helpful.

The room was small and I believe it said it had a kitchenette, but didn't even have a microwave. Ever since we stayed at the Residence Inn one year nothing has compared. Then breakfast wasn't the best. I myself didn't eat much but from what everyone was saying the sausage patties were like jerky and the links weren't that great either. There wasn't any bacon or a waffle maker.
