The staff was uber accommodating. My husband and I were in town to attend a memorial service that was scheduled at the same time as the official check for Home 2 Suites. I called ahead to ask if we could check in earlier to freshen up and leave our bags. The representative was thoughtful, professional and very accommodating. Our stay was accented by the appearance of delicious cookies in the evening and again at check out. The room was just right and very clean. I will certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.

I missed a stovetop or electric cooker in the room. There was a nice microwave. However it is difficult to prepare a decent meal with just a microwave. The breakfast could have had more freshly prepared items.

The breakfast left alot to be desired.The sausages were the freeze and microwave type.The eggs were not good there were plenty of choices with bread waffles but only one small heater and the line was 5 to 10 deep waiting. I ended up going out for breakfast every day

The room was fine but for a extended stay i would of liked to have some type of cooking device ..either a griddle ,flat top stove something.There were plenty dishes ,silverware,and dishwasher but nothing to cook with except a microwave.Dind't really make sense. I will say there were two grills outside to use but i would of rather be able to cook in the kitchen

The breakfast location was much too crowded. I wish I'd thought of taking the food to my room and heating it there. There were maintenance issues. One of the guides for the room-darkening shade was broken. There was some unrepaired damage to the wall. There was exposed plumbing in the bathroom. One of the stair edgings was beyond loose - it came off.

A great place for families and friends weekend. Very clean and a great public lounge outside with a fire pit. It was to hot for the fire pit, but we just hung out in the area and enjoyed the night air.

The staff on the night shift was very efficient. Felicia was fast at checking us in. And Yanci was very professional and friendly at check out. Breakfast was hot and the area was cleaned each time a family left a table no matter how messy it was. Great place to stay for your money.

Disappointing breakfast options - maybe due to COVID - had to stop to get something else to eat

I really liked the hotel. I do wish I would have stayed for longer. It was located in a very nice place. The mall is near and there are a lot of shops and restaurants to explore. The breakfast was really good! Everything I missed during COVID.

It is not anything bad about the place, but it is next to the highway and if it is busy you might be able to hear it faintly. I had the tv on so it really didn't bother me. I was able to sleep well.

amazing customer service. exceptional accommodations. well trained staff. they all deserve raises in my opinion. especially ms Charmaine. pleasant, personable, professional. I’m a supervisor in my company and I would hire her in a heartbeat. and pay her top dollar. she’s worth every penny

parking lot was a bit small. stayed packed especially at night.

I enjoyed everything that was offered in the room. I don't need a lot since I only ever truly go out to hotels for conventions. Nothing was an inconvenience. If I were there longer I would've partook in more accommodations offered. The staff were nice and welcoming, and we even had a fun conversation about One Wheels. I'll be talking in circles if I continue, I'm a simple person, I don't need lavish luxuries to enjoy myself. Everything I utilized during my stay was more than enough.

Wish the tv had streaming apps. But that's it.

Location good, room was clean and comfortable.

For the price of the room, the breakfast could have been better. The only fruit offered was an apple. Cream cheese for bagels and toast was in an open container for all to use out of. Limited choice of cold cereal. Had to call the front desk at 10:10 pm because of a commotion or loud talking and laughing which was keeping us from our sleep.

The rooms were big, clean, and had lots of storage options. Rooms have a kitchenette which we didn't use but is nice to have. Good for long-term stays. The staff was great and friendly and anxious to please. The location is very near to the mall and centrally located to other stores as well. Breakfast was simple, yet they have a waffle maker which is always a plus with kids.
