Everything was ok They breakfast bar need to be better

They lie about getting your security deposit back  The communication with staffing and housekeeping is crazy because housekeeping just threw away all my food and stuff, knowing that I was going to be there a other day if housekeeping did not know that I can see why they clean out my room but front desk knew and should of told them something and I never ask for housekeeping to come to clean my room they when to front desk and ask like what y’all going to do about it and the lady show she did not care I will never go back there again

The hotel was nice, large bathroom

I went to the hotel on my 22nd birthday with my girlfriend, something I looked forward to for a while. I arrived at the desk at 11:31 but my reservation was for 11:30 so I was counted as a no-show and had to pay at the desk and was also charged for missing my reservation. It took me a few minutes to get into the building as I am wheelchair bound. This also put a financial strain on me as I'm on disability and I won't receive my refund or my deposit for 5-7 days. So unfair that Im expected to wait for something that is mine. Companies should really rethink their refund policy. Needless to say I spent a lot of time going back and forth to the front desk and calling guest relations to resolve the matter. This greatly took away from the time I should have been enjoying my hotel stay.

Always smell good and good location. Good staff.

The first day the coffee machine is work then no works no more. My room, under the bed was little dirty and a some cockroaches

I found my stay very comfortable and the price was great. The only thing negative was the breakfast bar. Very lacking in verity but the coffee was excellent. I wish it was available 24/7. O would stay again

Convenient inexpensive.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Carpet needs to be replaced so does the drapes. The smell of old cigarette smoke to strong. No ice machine. The gates keep breaking down. There needs to be someone at the front desk at all times.

I liked the area,inside the room it was very confortable.

I did not satisfy for the breakfast because for me when you say breakfast I see: fruit,oatmeal,cereal or more.When I went down around 8 or 8:30 everything already gone.

The room was clean.

The room was clean but it looked there was a flood in the room as the kitchen cabinets has water damaged at the bottom of the cabinet doors. The refrigerator looked 30 years old. There were no hangers to hang my clothes. I did not want to touch anything in the kitchen area. UGH! YUK.

Breakfast bar left alot to be desired coffee was great but choice of food not there. You need juices and mure verity and please coffee out 24/7

I loved the my stay there the staff very perfesional the Room was clean . Tv and remote worked fridge was clean and cold everything was just great. And I've stayed at 4 star hotels by far this was my best stay And it was so affordable. And the parking was also affordable. On site. This will be my go to hotel. And I like the fact that i didn't have to pay the high price incidentals that you have to pay downtown. THANK YOU EXTENDED STAY AND STAFF!!!!

The beautiful woman or women that helped me that day were so professional and they were very helpful in every way. House keeping was exceptional and I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know
