Philadelphia Airport Marriott

It was nice to just walk to terminal B in the morning. It was soo easy! We originally were put in a room right next to the ice machine, and it was so loud in our room. Eric treated my friend and I with such kindness and understanding! He moved us to a different room, and it was perfect!! He even came upstairs to give us our new keys and help move our bags. He is awesome!

The bed we were in had quite a dip in it. It seemed like the mattress may have been a bit old. (Room 1101 bed closest to the airport window)

Nice room that is walkable from airport. Perfect for after a long trip in. Nice lounge and restaurant at lobby. Also right next to car rentals. Perfect location for an airport hotel.

It seems the inside corridor to the hotel from airport terminal has been repurposed and no long accessible to access the hotel. If it hasn’t, make it more clear where it is, but help assistants all direct to go outside. Have to walk outside, which lessens the convenience a little, but still easier than going out of airport

Bed was very comfortable & everything was clean. The hotel was very convenient as it was located in the airport area. The restaurant food was excellent.

Front desk personnel was not welcoming & after traveling since 8 am to our arrival at 10 pm, I was rather surprised. The cost of the room was high (over $300 for 1 night), and the restaurant was also expensive.

Easy designated parking for hotel guests. Indoor access to terminal and train line. Ubers readily available. Helpful staff, great friendly bartenders and food. Secure access to room floors.

a bit sparse on room amenities. The refillable shower items were empty. Towels were a bit worn. No bottled water in room. both coffee and water had to be purchased. Restaurant was a bit pricey for drinks and appetizers.

We liked that the hotel was at the airport so we could get the most sleep before an early morning flight. In the morning there was a shuttle to take us to the terminal. Staying here made the beginning of our trip worry free.

We have no complaints about anything regarding our stay at the airport Mariott in Philly.

For being right next to the airport within view of the runway, I never heard a single plane! Nice and quiet. The room was very clean; the parking garage was just steps from the hotel by way of a connecting bridge; the food at the Aviation Grill was tasty and the hostess was very kind. I like that the fitness room (which was large and had a big variety of equipment) was open 24hrs because I woke up around 2 or 3am and couldn’t fall asleep so I went for a workout. It was well stocked with cloth towels and cleaning wipes or spray and paper towels. The fitness room even had complimentary, individually packaged headphones in case you forgot yours. The complimentary skin lotion, body wash and hair products in the bathroom smelled very nice. I like how the saved on plastic waste by using refillable dispensers.

$24/night for parking seemed expensive but I have little experience with hotels on prime real estate. I usually stay at suburban hotels with free parking lots so it may be a commonly charged amount. The grout in the bathroom really needed a good scrubbing and the toggle that switches the water from bath faucet to shower head would not work correctly so the water pressure was not great since both shower and bath faucet were shooting out water. I wish the bathroom had a fan to help blow out the stink from toilet use.

The location is excellent. We stayed because we had a 6:00am flight. Our stay was fine & everyone we encountered was very friendly. Just wish there was more soundproofing in rooms.

Noise from hallways.

Lots of food but dull and pretentious. Salmon lacked taste and was breaded. How can salmon be poor? Breakfast choices lacked nonfat Greek yoghurt. Cubes of potatoes were crispy looking but were soggy. Toast was thin and uninteresting. Poached eggs were perfect.

The location in the actual airport was essential for an early flight. The well-stocked gift shop which was open late and very early was also perfect.

Room was a little small for the price and the overnight parking charge should have been included. Breakfast should have been included for the price as well. But you are really paying for the convenience of the location.
