Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Center Township, an IHG Hotel

Was a little confused as didn’t see the sign as they are renovating. Kept it supplied with drinks and coffee

Pancake machine didn’t work properly. Tried second day and gave up on idea of having any. Husband liked the gravy for biscuits. Toaster didn’t work on one side?

Tony was excellent! Breakfast was absolutely great!

They need to update their sign about the swimming pool closing a hour early. And I couldn't get a extra two pillows, which my king size bed came with 3, but my daughter slept on a pull out couch. The pillows are very soft so we wasn't as comfortable as we could have been, but we managed.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast and helpful staff.

Location is not readily mark. The access road is not identified, could easily be past. I had to use google maps to find.

The lady working the breakfast bar was extremely kind and accommodating.

We were in town to see my mom before she passed. I think anything I have negative to say would have been things that I would have tolerated better under better circumstances. So I choose not to share the negative because it may not be fair.

Great location, clean, not busy, nice rooms

We asked the front desk for more wash cloths, towels, toilet paper (no extra in the room), hand soap(no hand soap at all), and Kleenex. We were told to lay our towels out in the hallway and housekeeping would bring everything. So we were without these things until the afternoon. And we never got washcloths.

The lady at the front desk in the evening was very kind and welcoming. The place was kept clean.

Our outlet cover fell off when unplugging a charger, and the stopper for the bathtub was broken. The hot tub and pool were out of order. The reason we chose this hotel was because it was the only one with a hot tub around the area.

I liked the continental breakfast, coffee always available, staff was friendly and helpful.

Maybe I haven't travelec in years but I thought housekeeping cleaned or at least changed towels and took out the trash daily they didn't.

Breakfast was ok ,the staff was excellent very friendly very clean and comfortable

The staff needs to check everything I took the hair dryer out and apparently the last person was in that room used it was covered in some sort of brown stuff smelled like coffee I had to clean it before I could use it .

Pros- Friendly, very clean rooms, very comfortable beds, very good breakfast. My wife even forgot her kindle reader when we checked out and the staff shipped it to us.

Really there isn't much not to like about this place. The only thing was hot tub at pool was not working, due to parts on order.

The staff tried real hard to keep things clean and orderly during their renovation.

Parking lot had a lot of garbage in it.
