This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was really nice and understanding. my toddler pressed the emergency button on the room phone soon after checking into room that dispatches fire dept etc. she was able to call and canx the alarm before they came and i was really thankful for that! the front desk also called my cellphone to see if everything was okay after we left to run errands and another alarm was pressed. They really take care of you here.

the restaurant closes on sundays but Not the hotels fault at all

The hotel was very comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette and seating area with a pullout sofa plus a curtain divider. It was perfect for our small family. The staff was really nice and helpful. They were friendly and even started the onsite fire pit for us. Easy access to a gas station and highway and across from a mall (old and not a lot if stores)

The location didn't have a great place to walk the dogs, but there were some green areas so it was no problem really.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We came in late at night after 9 hours of traveling. The associate checking us in went and got us some fruit and muffin because we hadn't had dinner.

The warm food in the breakfast, because it had to be containerized did not look appealing. With Covid not sure what you could do about that.

Enjoyed the large room, sofa, and large Fridge.

90% of the employees I came in contact with did not have a name tag on. to me this is a safety and security issue. Even though their was no daily housekeeping in the rooms. The common areas especially near the elevators should be cleaned daily. Consider guests checking in the first day, you get off the elevator and the floor is dirty and trash is piled up. the next morning it's still there.

The breakfast and use of the amenities was likely limited by covid-19. We were bumped from a 2 bedroom room to a 1 bedroom suite which wasn't the end of the world but there was no offer for a discount due to the change.

Staff was very nice and polite very friendly

I didn't really like the continental breakfast and I think it could have been served until at least 10 a.m.

Convenient to shopping, dining... Friendly staff and love the addition of Jackson’s and the breakfast as always!

The rooms were beautiful and big enuff for 2 adults 4 infants without any problems . Comfortable clean ect
