Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Monaca

The bed was the best sleep I ever had. The air conditioner also worked well. Continental breakfast is what you would expect. There were several breakfast choices. There is also free fruit infused water, tea, and coffee at all times which was great. Staff was very nice also.

The pool was down the entire 3 days we were there. Also the room was not serviced the 3 days we were there. Not sure if that is a new COVID protocol or not. But I would have like the trash removed. But room was clean....not immaculate, but clean.

The filters in the PTAC were absolutely disgusting. The filters were so plugged with dust that removing them to see if they were clean caused a mess that I cleaned up. With the minimum filtration in a hotel room to begin with it was disturbing to know no one had cleaned the rooms air filter in a LONG time. They only have small towels available at the pool so small that my 6 year old son needed 2 just to dry off and I saw adults use 3-4 each.

Thought it was a great breakfast with a variety of choices.

No-one mentioned you had to request housekeeping or get on a list when you checked. In fact when we checked in housekeeping was never mentioned and so we did not receive any house cleaning service. We were really surprised and disappointed about this situation.

The breakfast was very good. The exercise facilities were nice too.

We stayed for two nights and they forgot to have a cleaning service. But the room was nice so it is ok it was forgotten. The room was hot so we ran the air conditioning to bring the temperature down below 70 degrees.

when walking in the front door it has a very nice clean scent.

There was a dirty sock on floor from the people before me. I booked a king bed room and after I got here they moved me to double queen beds. when I returned to room my door wasn’t shut all the way from when the cleaning people came in. I was not happy! I’m thankful I took all valuable things with me. I picked this hotel because all the positive reviews.

We arrived mid-late afternoon traveled from Cleveland OH to Monaca PA for family members funeral. The young man who checked us in had just recently visited Cleveland!!! He loved CLE and all the food, theater arts district. We instantly bonded with him. This added even more excitement and really made us feel welcomed! THANK YOU

Food was good but the staff not so friendly. I asked a question to your staff and I had to ask her twice just to get her attention. I was 3 ft away from her, i know she heard me the first time I spoke to her.

The location was great and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were very salty. To my surprise the beds were so comfortable, it was wonderful after a full day of travel and delays.

they had no shower gel, bathroom door would not shut and the entrance to get to front of building was confusing. had to go through different property to get there. GPS had the entrance on the side road that was wasn’t there

Very contemporary and clean with great room layout and decor. The bed was super and breakfast good. Thanks for vanilla yogurt!!
