Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester

The room was very clean and provided all the basics. The facilities were also clean. I saw nothing dumpy about the Hotel.

We stayed in room 234 and although the room was fine, the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. The other thing was there was a waffle maker in the breakfast area that was not working. We were told it had just broken, but since we were only there 1 night can't be sure. On the other hand, I was not expecting one and love when a Hotel has one. We were budgeting and thought we could forgo a waffle to save $10 compared to other Hotel choices.

The staff was always friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The room was clean and spacious, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a great stay at the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Chester. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

As a frequent traveler, I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received from the front desk staff and support team at the Microtel Inn. I have never written a review, and I feel compelled to do so just because the service I received was so outstanding! I was a member of the bridal party for a wedding we were holding at a venue down the street from the hotel. We frequently needed assistance with setting up and moving equipment and bridal things around the hotel. The team at Microtel Inn was patient, cheerful and resourceful. It had a positive impact on the wedding overall, and the bride was thrilled! Overall, the hotel was spotless. Beds are comfortable and large, and the room was completely silent at night. Thank you so much and I can't wait to come back!

We were very pleased with the service and accommodations we received at the Microtel Inn. I'd like to first mention our experience upon entering, it was very pleasant as we were received by friendly staff. All I can say it was refreshing to see the welcome and sincere desire to make sure we were accommodated and pleased by these great guys. The employees of this establishment help to make it a pleasant stay for their guests. The room was exceptional and had wonderful amenities such as robes and other goodies. I would highly recommend This hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at the Microtel Inn West Chester. I was visiting the city for a business trip, and I needed a place to stay that was close to the convention center. The motel was located in a convenient location, and it was easy to get around. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting West Chester.

This is the second time we stayed here. Very good value and clean space. Good parking, great location and good facilities. room was excellent, great comfy beds and good in room amenities. Staff was pleasant, had a decent breakfast option in the morning.

Not much to say here. This is my second stay at this hotel and we have it saved as a favorite.

The reception employee cheerfully and patiently checked me in (I was sooo tired I was rather in slow motion!). I happily found the room to be spacious and CLEAN. It has everything you need including a work station. There was even a large fridge and microwave. This is a terrific bargain especially compared to other hotels!

Even though the windows had full coverage blackout curtains, I would prefer an additional privacy layer like some blinds or a window shade. But that's just my paranoid preference. ;)

Wow this place is amazing . It’s a very special place where service is personally catered to you. We enjoyed going out to dinner at a placed suggested and reserved by our butler. It was the perfect restaurant for our occasion. It was a great walk too because this place is in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Really comfy sleep. Place is clean.

Close to West Chester University. Easy access to main road. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful.

There was no room service each day. Usually they come in and make the bed and refresh towels but that never happened between arriving Thursday Pm and leaving Sunday Am. I did ask for clean towels at the desk and they were traded out with me.

We couldn't have had a nicer stay at this Microtel Inn. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating- big points for the guy at the front desk whose personality and service was outstanding. Our room was ready early and probably one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. The location was perfect, allowing us access to go back and forth as needed, and the parking situation was plentiful. I will continue to stay here in the future.
