Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Greenville

This place was fantastic -- newer hotel, everything spotless, up-to-date, good coffee, tea and cookies awaiting in the lobby, excellent breakfast with sausage, hot eggs and many other things. Quiet, very comfortable bed. The price was great, too. Most hotels of this quality cost much more. Also, we got a 20% discount as hotel patrons at a great little restaurant called Mama Jane's Eatery. If you need to stay anywhere in this area, this is the place to stay at!

Finding the hotel and the check-in process were both easy. The room and the overall property were very clean. It was nice to be able to order a drink at their bar and enjoy it in their outdoor area in the evening. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast options were standard, but good. A big plus for us was their dog friendly policy; their thoughtfulness in providing a ziplock bag with a few doggie treats and poop bags was above and beyond when it came to attention to detail!

Everything was fine with our stay.

My husband was having surgery 15 mins away and it was perfect. The staff found us a room away from everyone so he could sleep well the night prior. So accommodating! The check in was friendly and easy. We didn't have breakfast or use any of the amenities but it was a very clean, quiet and comfortable stay with a friendly staff. Thank you for having us.

There really was much to be negative about for our stay only that the cable was not very extensive. However, for an overnight stay it was fine.

The staff was awesome!! Leanne, Jennifer, and Gabby are very welcoming to you property my husband got sick and we had to extend our stay and they each were so nice they helped us. Thank you so much we will be staying with you guys again ❤️

The beds were too soft for us we both have several medical issues that we usually have a backcare mattress

The staff was great, the breakfast is delicious. We were tired from our trip and put a do not disturb tag on the door. No one bothered us and it very quiet too. We ended up leaving it on the door the whole time and it was lovely!

It is very expensive to stay there - I think way too expensive but there are no other choices in that town.

The swimming pool was clean, the room and hallways were all clean. The hotel entrance was an inviting space to walk into. There were flowering plants around the building. The patio lounge was exceptional. The staff was very friendly.

There was no comfortable chair to sit in on the room and even though the room was handicapped accessible the removable shower head was far too high… it could be on a sliding rail to be easily accessible.

Hotel was super clean. Room was very clean! All the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Glad they switched up the hot foods everyday since we stayed 4 nights. Beds were very comfy! The staff working definitely seemed short handed working alone maintaining everything but they handled it pretty well. The gentlemen working an evening shift was super friendly when we went down to the lounge to play cards. He went out of his way to make my family feel welcome during our stay. I didn't get his name though.

The pool was closed due to a leak so we didnt get to use it at all. Should definitely let people know before booking. On day 2 of breakfast there were no forks. She said they were out. I thought okay theres a Walmart literally right across the street maybe they didnt have time to go get any before breakfast. The next 2 days still no forks. Pretty annoying trying to eat breakfast waffles etc with no fork. They were out of alot of the snacks on their menu also. And some alcohol someone had tried to order. I understand you can run out of things, but forks could of been picked up easily so people could eat their breakfast at least within 2 days.

The location and parking was perfect! Breakfast was very good as well! The lady serving breakfast was soo sweet! Clean rooms and enough space for our belongings and 4 people in the room. We were in town for a truck show and the staff was so welcoming. When we checked out the front desk even offered to give us a discount when we come in again next year! Which we will be returning too:)

All of the staff were wonderful and very helpful, especially Vicky and the kitchen staff

I was on the second floor and who ever was on the third floor above me stomped across the floor multiple times until 1:00 am so sleeping was a challenge until then. It started again in the morning while I was trying to attend a teleconference meeting

The facility was very nice - pleasant atmosphere and inviting amenities. My room was very nice.

However, I have a feeling that there may have been a cat in the room prior to my stay...there was definitely that odor of a cat marking its space. Luckily, I'm not allergic, but the odor was upsetting.
