Super 8 by Wyndham Grove City

The staff are all great. We used to go to another place but enjoyed staying with Super 8 and now you are our go to place to stay

Nothing to do with Super 8 booked thru booking.com and paid for the room in advance and almost couldn't stay because of a big problem luckily we had enough to stay luckily it was for my husband and my anniversary. When I first booked it, it went in on the wrong day I called to fix it for June and for some reason no one on booking.com fixed it and they was supposed to fix it and they didn't so we double paid if it doesn't get fixed I will NEVER use it again almost ruined my anniversary.

Cleanliness was excellent, beds and room were extremely comfortable, and over all of this was the incredible quiet at night.

It’s a town where there are a lot of smokers, and so the cigarette smoke from the outside is quite strong as you approach the entrance of the hotel. The staff does all it can to eliminate that smell on the inside, but it does creep in. The good news is you can open your windows if you have a backward facing room like I do. But I just think it’s part of the area that the hotel is in, and the hotel staff is doing the best I can

We came to shop at the Outlet Mall so the location was excellent! Breakfast was the bare minimum. I had coffee and juice to hold me over until we went somewhere else for breakfast.

The air conditioner was awfully loud, but it worked and our room was cool. The breakfast could have been better. Maybe some bagels and cream cheese to go with my coffee.

The value was amazing! We will definitely stay there again if we are in town and recommend to others. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and accommodating!

The breakfast could have more options, but for what guests are paying to stay I really wouldn't complain about the food. The bathroom looked like it needed to be remodeled a bit.

My girlfriend and I took our children to the Keystone Safari and Grove City Outlet Mall. Super 8 is very close to both those places. It is more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Therefore, I expected it to be less comfortable/ clean. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the room/ facilities. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Since the pandemic began, hotels have scaled back their breakfast options. Last weekend, we stayed at a Hampton Inn and they provided a full breakfast. Super 8 had brown paper bags with tiny muffins and a juice machine. When we checked out, the gentleman told me he could not provide a receipt since I had booked the room through Booking.com. I have used Booking.com for years and NEVER been told that. Hotels have always provided me a receipt at checkout, including Super 8's. I didn't argue. I just didn't like the idea of checking out without knowing the final total for the stay.

Coffee is available. I did not eat breakfast but fresh apples are available. They made me aware on check in that breakfast was available.

I did not need handicap accessible room. I do hope no one else needed it. Handles on shower were hard to use with good hands but could be very challenging for someone else to turn on. Gave feedback to hotel staff who received feedback in a positive manner.

So nicely updated inside and out. Pet friendly!! Loved the dog walking area. Loved the big flat screen.

The only flaw we noticed was the toilet seat was broken at the hinges - room 224. If you upgrade toilets please put in the high-rise elongated toilets which are much more comfortable

the person that checked me in gave me a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. when I went down to the front desk to ask for a different room, he didn’t apologize or even really acknowledge it. otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Very nice very helpful staff. It's not ran down can tell management is really trying to get it together. We liked it so much we booked our next stay in March here for our next event.

I wish the pool was a little warmer but it wasn't extremely bad.

The room was clean, and the hotel is in a very convenient place if you want to go to shopping.

The breakfast is very poor, only cereals and coffee/ tea/ juice, some sort of cookies and bananas. You need to take breakfast somewhere else for sure
