Hampton Inn & Suites Grove City

Great location. Tons of places to eat and shop

Everyone was friendly and happy except 1 miserable worker. I heard multiple people complaining about the daylight front desk woman who hates her job. She was also very rude to myself and a elderly couple that i witnessed. Most of the place looks nice and his been updated. The area was very safe the only complaint I have is the place really needed a deep clean. Especially the pool area and the carpet in our room/bathtub

EVERYTHING, Bathroom was so nice, blackout curtains worked, temperature was good, mattress was comfortable. Room was big enough.

I think Hamptons needs to step up breakfast. Country Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express are better in some ways. The omelettes are really processed not fresh and the potatoes weren't cooked well. They also don't have grab-n-go like muffins.

Excellent hotel! Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Nice arrival bag with treats! I asked for a room away from vending and ice machine and I got just that! Excellent “real” breakfast with a lot of choices! Great coffe bar :) Nice little touches in the room as well! Staff folded a set of towels like shirt and tie so cute! Grove City Hampton will be my “go to” during my travels!

I liked everything! No complaints!

We stopped here on the road back from the Midwest to NY- good for a night’s stay on the road. Pool was fun for the kids and the restaurant across the parking lot was convenient. TV remote didn’t work and staff offered to help but couldn’t get it working. They offered to switch rooms but wasn’t worth the hassle of packing up and moving. overall good experience!

Your staff are some of the best people I have encountered in this area. I definitely understand the current state the service industry is in. Low staff and moral. But your staff is still cheerful even tho I seen a few of them when I walked in at 10 pm and they were here at 8 am for breakfast. Kathleen and Haley, 2 great people and if I could convince them to move to Virginia I would hire them immediately. Great property, great staff, Thanks so much for a great stay! Lynette Sherman

Hampton Inn was perfect for our needs. Centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. Our room was very clean as was the lobby area (I ran down in white socks two times for grab and go breakfast items- the socks stayed white!!) and hallways. Staff were all kind and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!!!!

Too many kids in the pool late in the evening (like 20 of them doing cannonballs into the water) and the small hot tub was loaded with 7-8 people at a time. Still got a decent workout in - tried to stay in my own little part of the pool, lol!

Very clean, comfortable and modern facility. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The toilet in our room was broken when we arrived (running continuously). We had to leave for an appointment. when we returned it had been repaired. We would definitely stay there again.

Hampton Inn very consistent in most locations , here and there little extras are given us expectantly. Breakfast better than most .

There seemed to be different staff all the time . No relationship possible .

The room was clean and fresh. No indication of any cigarette smoke ever. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot. The breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious with lots of choices. It cost a few dollars more than other hotels nearby but worth it.

No complaints or criticism.

The location was great, the room was clean and customer service was excellent! One of our kids became ill and the team on the evening shift were kind and showed empathy. There was a wide variety of breakfast selections that was appropriate given the current pandemic.

our only disappointment was the pool being out of order. However, this is probably not an entirely bad thing given the current pandemic.
