Courtyard Lancaster

Beautiful facility, well maintained, nice area for drinks and breakfast, nice selections from the cooler and freezer by the check in, nice hot tub and pool, and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast did not come with the room but the Starbucks.coffee bar and full breakfast were available for purchase.

The fold out bed was very uncomfortable and there was no bedding for it other than a blanket in the room. When unfolded, it had a definite ridge in it that made it impossible for a stomach sleeper to be at all comfortable.

Absolutely loved everything! I wish it had a continental breakfast but they have a bar instead so it's more of a business hotel but we made it work as a family stay and the kids loved the fact that the pool was pretty much empty the entire stay!

They dont check the pool towels overnight so we went back and there wasn't any towels to use we had to have grandma bring ours down from the room because we didn't realize their were now clean ones before getting in the pool and hot tub

We did not eat at the Bistro but it did look nice. The room for most part was good, great blackout curtains. Front desk person was fantastic at checkin, friendly and informative.

More counter service in bathroom and more shower pressure and closet could use a makeover.

The staff was incredibly welcoming. I loved the updated facility and rooms!

The location is pretty good however if you will need a car to get anywhere for food or supplies. I just decided to door dash my dinner instead.

The door to the room was held opened so any random could have been in the room. Not very safe especially for females traveling alone. Some of the wash clothes had stains

Needed a quick stay over and took a shot in the dark with this one. Pleasant surprise, it was Beautiful and clean hotel. Arrived around 12:30am and the gentleman behind the desk was very friendly and delightful for that hour! Arrived in our room and it was lit up with the air running! Love the glass shower and swivel stand the tv was on so we could watch from the bed. The remote was easy to use and illuminated when you touched buttons. King bed was a little soft but I’m used to a Tempur-pedic. Not a fan of feather pillows or really soft ones wish hotels had some options in their rooms.

Need pillow options! Not just soft ones!

The Buffett breakfast was expensive and not worth it!!! The pancakes was cold so I assume they were frozen pancakes!

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean.

Didn't like having to purchase my morning coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby. Room only provided decaf. They have a Bistro but it was not operating. Could have offered coffee and muffin fir free.

This is our third time staying here. We love the location and the accommodations. Due to Covid the bar was closed but not a deal breaker. My wife and I enjoy a little night cap before bed. This place is definitely my favorite in Lancaster!

I did not have breakfast as not enough choices and I was expecting the breakfast to be part of the stay, similar to my recent experience in Absecon Atlantic City in New Jersey.
